Shopping can be done in Krakow am See, 8 minutes by car. Many excursion destinations in Malchow, Waren, Güstrow and Rostock can be reached in just 30 minutes by car. The beautiful landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District offers many opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming or relaxing.

The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake view. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access so work well. There are 2 nearby golf courses and 3 nature reserves with many excursion destinations.

Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
