Vacation rentals with lake access in District 7

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

We stayed in Natalie’s studio for 2 weeks whilst in HCMC and would more than happily stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the apartment has everything you’d need for a long or short stay. WiFi is rapid, bed is comfy, shower is great - couldn’t ask for anything more 😊 There’s a WinMart and a 7/11 right outside the complex and plenty of great food options nearby. Communication with Natalie was faultless and she did everything she could to make our stay pleasant. All in all, a perfect little apartment and we’d come back no questions asked!

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

Kenzo was so responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They helped us with getting to the location as well and were lovely throughout. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed, location was so good with the convenience stores below and the local bò né right there being amazing too! Thanks for having my mother and I, would love to stay again if I have the chance.

I always stay with CT home since I knew she has plenty apt for rent. Great service and nice host. Easy check in and check out. Fully furnished and basic amenity. Would recommend

This was our first time visiting Vietnam, and staying at this 3bedroom apartment made the experience absolutely wonderful. The property was exactly like the photos. clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The location is excellent, right next to District 1 and just minutes away from everything we needed. There are plenty of convenient shops and great restaurants right downstairs, including a 7-11. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after a long journey. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, especially for first-time visitors like us. It truly made our trip memorable!
