Apartment vacation rentals in District 5

My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and clean. The location suited us well because we were visiting relatives in District 5, Saigon Chinatown. It was very convenient to have Hung Voung Plaza next door. There is a Hung Voung Plaza Ly Thuong Kiet Gate next door you can use to prefill the pickup address for Grab taxis. If you want the taxi to pick you up right outside the apartment, you need to tell the taxi driver to come to the separate apartments entrance pickup area. This can be confusing for some taxi drivers.

I had a good week in Vietnam. I initially booked a day and booked all the additional days after checking in to the room. I was able to do laundry, and the front door can be opened and closed at any time with an automatic key, there was an elevator, and it was nice to have an elevator, and the location was nice. But I hope the bed was a little more fluffy

Great host, great apartment.

We are honoured to be the 1st Airbnb guests for Minh Duc and Mark. They have been very helpful and accommodative to our needs to make us feel comfortable and at home. Speaking of their home, it is probably what made our stay here in Ho Chi Minh so enjoyable. Its extremely modern, spacious, fully furnished and a great place for work and rest as well. Highlights of the place includes the large comfortable beds, luxurious baths, breezy balcony of the cityview and juice machines. We had a few movie nights and meeting sessions with the TV and projector option. One final touch that helped us to keep the place tidy was the robot cleaner, which was a game changer. All in all, all 3 of us had an amazing and unforgettable stay and we really appreciate all the effort to make us comfortable and a part of a home away from home.

I'm happy I found this place the host was amazing check in was extremely even though I arrived at 2 am , location is near everything you need but not overrun with tourist, I recommend staying here and will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Big and spacious house Host is friendly It is located in Group 1, and it is quiet because it is on the penthouse floor. We have our own pool 4 rooms 3 toilets 1 toilet in the pool

Very nice and cozy apartment. Host and Co-hosts are easy to communicate and always response promptly to my needs. Just one thing I'd like to mention is the noise at night from the neighbors upstairs, which I think Management can improve by advice guests to be mindful of noise at night time to consider other guests in the building. When booking transportation by Grab, make sure you mention Zenity because the app hasn't updated the info but instead displaced “Subgate” which confused the drivers. Overall it's a lovely place and convenient to explore to city center.

I arrived to Khue’s place with my family of 5. Upon arrival, security helped us bring up our luggages to our room. Khue had clear instructions on how to get the room key and where to find it. So it was a great start. The house was spacious and safe for two toddlers. Everyone enjoyed the balcony. You have a nice view of the city and the river. At night the city lights are very beautiful to look at. It’s not directly in the city so it’s not as loud and rowdy which we liked since the last time we stayed directly in HCM people were partying at 6am and you could hear it. But getting into the city was very accessible. Everywhere was a 7-10 min drive (without traffic). Booking a grab was easy as well. Everything was as described. The laundry is a washer and dryer all in one which was perfect and she provided laundry detergent. She was very responsive with any issues we had. We had a minor issue come up but she quickly accommodated us and was very understanding. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, minimalist, and functional. The location was perfect, the host was super responsive and provided everything we asked for. Overall, it was a great experience, I would recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again if we visit HCM.

We had a great stay at Thomas & Co's apartment. Our family of 5 adults fit comfortably in the space. The amenities are as described in the listing. The location is ideal and easy to find. Having food and other essentials delivered is easy via Grab. Transport is also easy to arrange via Grab as well. Having a good Italian restaurant at the ground floor of the building is a plus in case you want a change from the local food. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would gladly stay again when in Saigon.

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. Tom's apartment is not only clean and comfortable but also has a great location, easy to move to other places, especially the rooftop pool with a full view of the city. Catto is very cute and enthusiastic, always responds quickly to all our questions. We will definitely choose this place for our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. 5 stars❤️!!!!!

Will definitely come back in Vietnam and will stay again here. Feels like home .
