Vacation rentals with lake access in District 10

Absolutely wonderful stay at Tho’s place! Communication was prompt and she was very accommodating with my last minute, late check in. Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location with all the amenities. 5 ⭐️ Will definitely stay here again when in HCMC. Thanks again!

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better first 4 nights in Vietnam, I flew from London and Zaylee & Ms Phuong were so responsive. They booked me a taxi from the airport which was really reassuring after a long haul flight and first time in the continent. My flight was delayed so I arrived at 2/3am and they were so helpful and reassuring, Ms Phuong stayed up to let me in. The first and second floor is where Ms Phuong lives with her adorable children, and the B&B rooms are on the third floor which is completely private. I stayed in the room with the balcony and plants and it felt amazing to have my own space. There is a key to your room (I didn’t actually lock the door the whole time as I felt so safe). You don’t receive a key to get in and out of the property but Ms Phuong is always there on message or by knocking the door to let you in at whatever time you need. Thankyou for such a first few days in Ho Chi Minh! The area is also lovely and I recommend to go try Linh coffee spot nearby!

The room was very clean, smelled very pleasant. Host was very responsive when you needed support Dedicated check in guide The room is right in the centre, very easy to move many places I'll be back if I get a chance.

Beautiful and a very enjoyable stay. Hieu was extremely prompt, patient and clear with replies to our queries and requests. Haiyen the housekeeper was very polite and communication with google translate was not an issue at all. She came to housekeep every day and even occasionally cooked for us. She was also very accomodating to our requests. The area is very peaceful and quiet, with lotte mart (mall) nearby and circle k (convenience store) even nearer. It is about 10 minutes grab from the city centre.

Everything here was great! Excellent communication and service.

The apartment is easy to find and well-equipped with everything you need. However, the best thing about it is the view down the canal, which is vibrant by day and peaceful by night.

Mia was a lovely host. We checked in very late at night but she welcomed us and even helped us order food. She gave us a lot of really good recommendations as well. The room is clean and spacious with lots of natural light. Location is perfect, walkable and usually just a short drive to places. :)

I am definitely staying at any of Thaos properties because she is a great host. she is very welcoming friendly and down to earth. she gave us a walk thru of the place and consistently responded to my inquiries via text in a timely fashion. the place itself is very clean, has all amenities and spacious for our small family of 3. wifi is fast, easy to use key card and location is great. we can get to D10 and D3 quickly..not to far from D4 or D1 either..we have family in D11 and it's just straight down 3/2 street. I recommend any of Thao properties 10/10!

Excellent apartment, very clean and comfortable. The building also has many great amenities, LARGE gym, huge pool great for family. We ended up extending our stay because we love the place so much. Will repeat in the future!!

Very helpful host, she helped my parents to do check-in when I am not there. New house so it’s very tidy. Overall, it’s great.

Ans place was convenient. a bit hard to find because there are other Ha Do apartments but she was able to help my driver find the spot. An also had someone wait to check me because I had a late night flight which was awesome. would recommend!
