Vacation rentals with a sauna in Disentis

A well outfitted apartment with everything needed for a few days' stay. Very peaceful country setting in quiet surroundings, with goats, cows and llamas/alpacas nearby. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival Bernhard provided ideas of things to do and places to go/avoid. There's a little rack with a number of brochures for hikes, attractions, etc. We opted to walk from/to the train station rather than take the taxi (25-30 CHF) each way. You may wish to use the taxi upon arrival if you have much baggage and/or to get a sense of direction initially. The walk does take about 25-30 minutes on a paved surface, as noted in the apartment's description, and involves some hills along the way, of course. Factor this into your daily plans. The sauna was a nice touch at the end of the day. Very easy to manage with the instructions provided upon arrival. Train schedule was very convenient with minimal waiting time throughout the day. Overall, a great stay.

Had an amazing 4 days at Matthias and Lutz’s studio. We felt so warmly welcomed by both of them and were completely in awe by the surroundings and views. Really appreciated the organic and natural furnishings and ingredients in the home, the private terrace, the sauna, the outside sitting areas, and their responsiveness and recommendations to all our needs and questions. It’s a well thought out space by individuals who truly enjoy hosting travelers and making them feel at home. Highly recommend and cannot wait to come back.. Thank you!

The biggest plus with Julia’s place was her instructions concerning check-in. I have NEVER had more clear, detailed, step by step, instructions. It was incredible. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and the view was breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the falls was easy and we hiked the trails behind the complex as well. Check in and check out was a breeze. Julija’s place was worth every penny or franc!

Isabelle’s place is as gorgeous as it is shown in the posting. She has raised the bar. Everything we needed was ready in the apartment and then a lot more. Small additional items such as an umbrella, a hiking backpack, an array of spices, shampoo and conditioner etc were available. She really has thought through minor details that matter. We would love to come back and stay here for longer.

Most clean and beautiful place to stay! The location is very quiet and easily accessible by public transport. What to keep in mind without a car: The post bus runs until 7 pm and the restaurant in the village is not always open. Fortunately, there was still a flyer of Alice's Take away in the apartment, so we could still have some fine food on Sunday evening! We will definitely come back once everything was just relaxed and great!😍

Wonderful place to stay! We were there with a baby and it was still great to visit. Matthias is a great host! One thing you want to consider when traveling there - the last part of the road should be done in a daylight, we did it in the evening and it was very foggy, so we couldn't see a lot driving uphill, but we managed anyways.

It all starts with a small climb into the forest to reach a wonderful place. Margrit welcomed us and it was very nice that she lived in the same place so we could talk with her. We had a great time walking through this nature reserve, contemplating the flora and fauna. Ideal place to rest and recharge. Thanks to Margrit.

Great modern and comfortable apartment with fantastic facilities and easy walk to main cableway & restaurants, ski shops. Dana was a super friendly host.

Check-in was very easy and was very well explained by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. We especially recommend the breakfast downstairs in the hotel! 😊

Experience was very amazing! The hosts provided an abundance of information and instructions that were very clear and translated! The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and very easy access to the lake and restaurant nearby. The apartment was really clean and well put together. The color scheme and furniture of the apartment were very well chosen by the hosts and really felt homey. The only issue was that we didn’t stay longer!

The place was comfortable, cozy and clean. We felt completely comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality interior design and the tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Everything is in very good condition. The ski resort was quickly accessible on foot with the free post car at your doorstep. With the bread roll service we had a fresh breakfast every morning. Ronny also gave us tips, e.g. for the ski school for our daughter. We will be happy to come back!

Great host. Excellent communication

A very nice, well-kept and cozy apartment. There is everything you need and we felt at home from the beginning. The location right on the Rhine is great and the village of Andeer is a great starting point for beautiful hikes. Check-in was straightforward and Ladina is a very likeable, helpful host. We will be happy to come back .

The key to closing the door jammed, Sonja responded immediately to my message and had the problem fixed. She is a super nice and helpful host. I will recommend it to my family and friends. Maybe we'll be back in the winter. The area is nice for hiking and the room is central and close to shopping.

Everything was good. Unfortunately it wasn't quite clean. Nevertheless, it was otherwise a great stay.

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

An amazing, rural, mountain location and a quiant swiss mountain lodge. An excellent place to get away

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants, hikes, and places to go. The home was outside of town with spectacular views, peaceful evenings and lots of room to roam. Would definitely recommend!

Jenny & Yvan's house is ideal for spending a few peaceful days and relaxing. Beautiful walks possible from the house, the surrounding nature is beautiful. Camedo train station is an 8-minute drive. We took advantage of it and did the whole Centovalli valley to Domodossola by train, the views are spectacular.

A really beautiful and well-appointed home in Ticino - I look forward to possibly staying at other places of Do-Minus in the future. The included breakfast was lovely. We cooked in the kitchen the night before and it has everything one needs. Making a fire in the kitchen was cozy - the kitchen was a bit cold in the morning (0 degrees Celsius outside) but the rest of the house was very warm. The hot tub was great - I would note that in cold weather the sauna may not get warm enough and it is only made for two people at max.

A wonderful stay at Roland’s place. Very tidy and neat studio with a wonderful view of the valley. Roland provided exceptional instructions to locate the property! Would stay here again!

The environment is beautiful, The host was polite and gentle, and the place is very suitable for self-driving travelers. if you’re lucky, you can even enjoy a sky full of stars at night.
