Very good stay! Clean apartment, extremely well located for visiting the center of Dinard. Everything is in walking distance. You even have the option to take the boat to visit Saint Malo! I recommend it 100%.

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

The location and views are perfect! Halfway between Saint-Briac and Saint-Lunaire, on foot from the beach and the coastal path, the two cities are within walking distance, reasonable distance. The apartment has all the comforts you need, like at home! Great stay as a couple, soothing and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located place in the city center of Saint Malo. The apartment is charming, perfectly clean and very well-equipped — you immediately feel at home. Great location, very clean and well furnished house. Kitchen was well equipped. Sofa was comfortable and suitable for 2 person when it turns into bed. Isabelle was a great host, kind and friendly. she was super responsive and helpful. She welcomed us when we arrived. She showed everything in the house how to use. And she have prepared a big catalogue for the visitors. She explained everything, and showed around on the map where to go, what to go and suggest the best timings. Highly recommended

Very very well located apartment, five minutes walk from the beaches, and in the center of Saint-Pair. The residence is very nice and clean, the apartment is spacious and impeccable, with everything you need to leave it impeccable. The garage is very nice. Thanks to Philippe for hosting us! Great stay at this listing! This one was clean, well equipped, and missing nothing. Located about fifteen minutes drive from the center, and a few minutes walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the place and the setting. The place is very quiet with swimming pool and assigned parking space. Sophie is very responsive in answering our questions.

We enjoyed our stay very much: the location is excellent, close to the beaches, and the view is simply extraordinary. The apartment, fully renovated, is well equipped and very functional. Véronique is very attentive and responsive. The only downside, in our opinion, is the price, which we found very high (€260/night, including fees, during the holiday season). Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Apartment in a very good location. It's really a 2-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, moonlit boardwalk, and a large supermarket. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We'll be back!

Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels provided on arrival. The bedding is top notch. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.
