She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. We had an absolutely perfect stay at Karo‘s place. He thought of every detail, the scenery was beautiful, and we purchased homemade food from him that was delicious! It would be hard to think of a more beautiful and memorable place to stay. Hope to come back here someday!

We have never eaten, slept, or explored better than during our stay here in Vanadzor! Armen and Manouch were incredible hosts, going out of their way to host us, feed us, and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Armen took us out on an incredible excursion to see nearby sights; we had such a fun time with him! He also made arrangements for our taxi back to the airport at the end of our stay. The garden and surrounding hills are so peaceful, we got sweet puppy cuddles from their new dog, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. Artsvi was a great communicator and helped coordinate everything. Thank you to all!

Rubens House in Dilijan is a hidden gem nestled in the beautiful Armenian countryside. From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed by the warm hospitality of Rubens and his family, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house itself is charming and cozy, blending traditional Armenian design with all the comforts of modern living.

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

First of all, I’d like to start by saying what a gorgeous city Dilijan is. I was, actually all of us were in awe of how beautiful this place is. The streets, the people, the food, all top tier. Now coming back to the stay, we were a little skeptical about the place because of the entrance to the property but once we found our way inside, we suddenly didn’t care about the entrance or the fact that we had to carry suitcases upstairs. It is a beautiful property with a sweet little back yard that has a fire pit and a bbq grill. The apartment was neat and clean too with all the necessary amenities. The view from the house would be the highlight for me, it’s a scenic Mountain View that I’ve never seen before. On our last day we even got to see some snow on the mountain tops. Everything is walkable distance (if you’re not carrying luggage). There’s also a very sweet doggo that comes in the backyard whom we’ve grown to love and miss. Don’t give it a second thought, go ahead and just book.
