Time out planned in the Allgäu? This is possible with our cozy apartment. The 50 m² apartment is on the second floor of our old cottage (former butcher's shop from 1894, which we bought in 2019 and are renovating piece by piece), has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, as well as a terrace. We are 3 minutes from the train station, but ideally accessible by public transport without disturbing train noises.

Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

+++ WICHTIG: Aktuell finden, bis voraussichtlich Ende Mai, Dacharbeiten am Haus statt. Es steht ein Gerüst am Haus. Unsere Terrasse kann aber ganz normal genutzt werden. Es wird immer nur unter der Woche gearbeitet. Nicht am Wochenende und nicht an Feiertagen. +++ Unsere Ferienwohnung im schönen Allgäu liegt in einem ehemaligen umgebauten Schulgebäude. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristenströme. Am Dorfrand hat man aber tolle Ausblicke auf das Panorama der Allgäuer Alpen.

apart from the fact that Guido as well as Gabi are absolutely inspiring and warm people, the weekend was pure relaxation. the place was so great, cozy and decorated with a lot of heart. Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Spacious accommodation, the space was well used so everything was very practical, homely and cozily. Everything we needed in everyday life was available, it was clean and we felt comfortable. The encounters with different guests in neighboring apartments was family and respectful. We had a very quiet and completely undisturbed stay. Also: A very warm host!

We had a wonderful time. I was very impressed with all the clear guest information and local recommendations. We had two lovely meals at Sonne Wilhams restaurant which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, lovely staff and food. The apartment was very peaceful and comfortable and it was great to relax in the pool after a busy day.
