Had a great time being so close to the beach, the house had everything we needed. The welcome to the house (including lovely smell, dog welcome pack, hand written note) was excellent and welcome after a long day driving. Thanks and would recommend.

Would highly recommend!!! Helen and Ron’s property is the perfect little stay for yourself, a couple or a family. Despite being attached to the house, it is completely private and quiet and we felt at home for our stay. The location is great! Lots of things near by including a wonderful cafe with yummy food that is very reasonably priced as well as a golf course, swimming pool, lake, train station and playgrounds. Not far to other places around too if you’re wanting to venture out. Helen and Ron gave really clear and easy instructions and were super friendly and accommodating especially with our little one also offering us recommendations. The place is exactly as described. The bed was very comfy, the pressure in the shower was great! and the kitchen has lots of utensils and options if you’re wanting to do some easy cooking. Overall, it was exactly what we needed, a nice place to crash while visiting family, however, you could easily make more use of all the wonderful amenities.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a great place for two families. Glenn is very communicative and helpful.

Property was very well presented and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Bedding and furniture extremely comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and amazing outdoor area and pool that we took full advantage of. James and Penny are wonderful hosts and communicated promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Chris’s home was exactly what we needed for our stay in Perth. It was spacious relaxed setting hidden just a short drive from the city nestled just a stroll out the door to great coffee. My wife and I loved this well kept post war home and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Perth.

We had a wonderful time here and is by far the best air b&b we have stayed in on our travels. So much effort went into small details like the quality shampoo, 2 bags of ice pops in freezer and soda stream my daughter loved! 🥰 The garden was super private overlooking the park and we enjoyed feeding the birds as well as listening to them. The electrical work in the house was fabulous with soft lighting, electric lock, black out blinds in the bedrooms. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated with so many thoughtful touches. Dillion’s communication was excellent responding super quickly to any questions we had and he provided bicycles for us to use as well as a surf and paddle board. I loved walking 20mins to the amazing 50m pool to swim lengths in the mornings in the beachfront. The shopping centre nearby was helpful for a few last min. Christmas bits and food shopping. There was even some Christmas wrapping paper, crackers and snacks left for us. We highly recommend this place!

“The location was great—just a short drive to the sea, and the parking was really convenient. However, only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms had air conditioning, which was a big downside given the scorching 42°C Perth heat. It made for some uncomfortable nights in the uncooled rooms. If air conditioning was installed in all the bedrooms, it would make a huge difference to the overall comfort of the stay.”
