Riverfront Lodge

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

This beautiful house is 5 to 7 minutes to the Old Mill District, the city centre, parks, art, cultural attractions, and dining; 20 to 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor and Cascade Lakes. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Historic Gilchrist waterfront home with amazing amenities! Resort like setting with private access to water. This home has been completely remodeled in Feb 2024. Huge private deck with 7 person hot tub. Lots of water toys in the summer, huge fire pit in the winter. Full basketball/ tennis court. Bikes and lawn games available on 8 acres of manicured lawn. 60 miles from Crater lake and 45 from Bend. Endless lakes and trails.

Welcome to your next amazing getaway! Our house is SOUTH of Sunriver proper, about 10 minutes away and we don’t have SHARC passes. But.. from our front door, enjoy all that Central Oregon has to offer at our family and dog-friendly home! Located just one block (3 minute walk) from the Deschutes River, private community pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts or stay home and relax in the private hot tub. Our place is a perfect active family getaway.
