Apartment vacation rentals in Dĩ An

The place is exactly the same as what is shown in the photos. It was clean and well kept. Though there was an ongoing construction at the time of our stay, the Circadian staff did a great job in communicating this with us and managed our expectations well. We rented an Airbnb but it almost felt like we booked a hotel with how great the service was. I definitely recommend Airbnbs managed by Circadian. Job well done!

Rất hài lòng khi lưu trú ở đây, căn hộ rộng rãi được trang trí đẹp mắt, thật tiện lợi khi căn hộ có máy giặt và máy sấy quần áo. Ở bên dưới toà nhà có nhiều quán cafe, nhà hàng, cửa hàng tiện lợi. Chủ nhà phản hồi nhanh cùng hướng dẫn nhận phòng dễ dàng. 100% đề xuất, sẽ quay lại trong chuyến công tác ở Tp Hồ Chí Minh sắp tới.

Nguyen was very responsive. He will reply immediately to any concerns you may have. Very nice guy. Also, the swimming pools downstairs are huge and amazing.

This building is pretty much new, so it's clean. The location may feel distant but there are a few good restaurants, spas, and a bank in walking distance. I liked this place instantly I actually decided to rent an apartment in the same building.

I had a wonderful stay at Thy’s apartment! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of the city and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The space was clean, clutter-free, and thoughtfully arranged. I appreciated the little touches like stocked coffee and water—it made settling in really easy. Overall, a lovely, quiet spot in the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. This location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find for our taxi service pickup. Building felt very well kept and extra plus there was security onsite. Felt like an upscale building. The unit itself was very clean. We had someone meet us for check-in and he walked us through the unit to show us all the features of the home. We found it super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as we were just coming off a week of traveling in Bali/Singapore. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Really appreciated the flexibility of holding our luggage past our check-out time so we could continue to explore the neighborhood. Would book again.

Mọi thứ đã được sắp xếp đâu vào đó nên tôi nhận phòng rất dễ. Phòng rộng rãi, mọi thứ đều rất sạch sẽ và tinh tươm. Cô ấy đã gợi ý cho tôi những địa điểm thú vị, những quán ăn đậm chất địa phương. Chuyến đi của tôi hoàn toàn tuyệt vời trên mong đợi. Nếu có dịp cho lần sau tôi chắc chắn sẽ liên hệ lại.

Appartement fidèle aux photos. proximité de la piscine et de la salle de sport très appréciable. machine à laver et séchante pratique pour les longs séjours. l'appartement est calme mais un peu sombre. un peu loin du centre de Saigon mais le métro situé à 600m vous y emmène directement en 10mn. Toutes les commodités sont au pied de l'immeuble.

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I loved the place as it was amazing and there no noise to hear which was a plus for me to sleep perfectly. The host and co-host were amazing and friendly with me and the instructions were perfect and the waited for me when i first arrived at their place to help me check in smoothly and answer my questions. I highly recommend this place. Thanks 🙏

Great place, view, location, modern, spacious, clean, and no bugs. However, the AC leaks a bit of water when running for a while, so don't put your laptop under the AC ventilation to be safe.
