Great place to stay and fits up to 8 very comfortably!

Great place for staying. Love everything about the place. Just the location is very far from the city. It take almost an hour to go to the district 1

Everything about this place was great. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a few requests, which the host accommodated very kindly. The only issue we faced was that the pool was under maintenance, so we weren’t able to use it. However, the rest of the experience was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Thy’s apartment! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of the city and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The space was clean, clutter-free, and thoughtfully arranged. I appreciated the little touches like stocked coffee and water—it made settling in really easy. Overall, a lovely, quiet spot in the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was very clean and comfortable! Communication was always quick and helpful. They provided clear instructions for check-in and getting to the hotel from the airport, which made everything super easy. We also really appreciated their local recommendations — thanks to them, our trip was even more enjoyable. I can confidently say I’d love to stay here again!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Nice and Cozy apartment. Looks like in the pictures. Instructions to check in are very clear and the access to the room is very easy. The apartment was clean and there is a washing machine + dryer which is very convenient. I recommend !

Amazing apartment, great location (can get to everything you need by walking or grab). Host was very friendly, helpful and kind. She allowed me to have a late check out, and gave me lots of recommendations of things to do in Saigon. I will be sure to come back and stay again! Thank you :)

This building is pretty much new, so it's clean. The location may feel distant but there are a few good restaurants, spas, and a bank in walking distance. I liked this place instantly I actually decided to rent an apartment in the same building.

Great host, great place!

We loved our stay, super clean, beautiful apparently with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt very safe as it’s a gated community. The pool was beautiful but very crowded with families/ young children that are residents of the community. Overall very beautiful place & enjoyed our time.

It's really good value for the space and price in a county, and the car can enter for easy access, and the seat is on the first floor so you don't have to worry about the elevator!

The owner is very enthusiastic to support everything very quickly. I always get the best service experience when I come here. Awesome that's what I mean. Many thanks for the enthusiasm, friendliness and I will be back.

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Ruby is very professional and accommodating. We wanted to extend our stay for one more day and she arranged it swiftly for us. She also tried her best to get the apartment ready for us to check in early. Overall she is lovely to work with.

this place is amazing

I loved the place as it was amazing and there no noise to hear which was a plus for me to sleep perfectly. The host and co-host were amazing and friendly with me and the instructions were perfect and the waited for me when i first arrived at their place to help me check in smoothly and answer my questions.
