Bob welcomed us in a very friendly way, it was all as described. The apartment is in a very quiet location,inside it is large and very wellbeing. The nearest bus stop was about 250 m away, it was about 10 minutes by bus and another 15 minutes to Paris. We'd love to come back. Thanks Bob 🙂

I wanted to stay somewhere near Disneyland and this was perfect. The flat is ground floor and in a very peaceful and safe neighbourhood so walking back at midnight after the disney fireworks or returning from Paris was fine for my daughter and I. From the flat you can walk to Garonne ( 5 mins) and take the 2231 bus to disney taking 10 mins or you can take the flat easy walk there in about 25mins. Opposite the apartment is greenspace and a park. 5 minute walk in the other direction is the Val d'europe shopping centre which is enormous with a hypermarket and everything you could possibly need including lots of restaurants. val d'europe station is an easy walk through the shopping centre too. the flat is as described, huge fridge/freezer, great hob and oven, ceiling fan, netflix, good shower and comfy sofa which can be a bed if needed. the flat is very secure and quiet and is an excellent base for disney or paris. The hosts respond very quickly and I would absolutely recommend booking!

Lovely Disney House

Florian's place was wonderful for our family getaway to visit Disneyland Paris. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children. Upon booking, we were sent a link to a website for the house which had all the information you could possibly want and need! It was so helpful. Arrivals were smooth and as described. The rooms were decorated lovely (take mirror if you're a large group, as non in bedrooms), beds were comfortable, everything was nice and clean & as advertised. The kitchen is a little small but this wasnt an issue for us at all, as we were only cooking small meals and the dining table in the lounge/dining area is plenty big enough for everyone to sit around. The location of Florian's place is fantastic - just a straightforward 10 minute drive to Disneyland. There is also a supermarket closeby to the house. In summary, Florian's place met and exceeded all expectations and we would certainly return in the future. Thank you Florian!
