Will recommend to friends and family for sure. Truly enjoyed the stay. The view was tireless, with a great vantage point and meditative (if you do that sort of thing). The dock was also private and the water clear. This was be a great place to use the available double and single kayaks although we brought our paddleboards so our dog Chloe could join us. The location and the river have lots of intact natural beauty as does the well kept trails which were a welcome morning hike before the air warmed. We warmed up at the private firepit at night while we continued to look out over the lake. Both Rene and Deacon were wonderful hosts to us and to our dog. Rene clearly enjoys sharing his peace of heaven and goes above and beyond to make this an elevated experience. Thank you Rene and Deacon.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the geo dome in Yarker! The location right on the lake offered breathtaking views that made our getaway truly unforgettable. The dome was spotless and beautifully maintained, providing all the comforts we needed for a relaxing retreat. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire experience seamless and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful personal welcome card she left for us—it was such a lovely touch. We enjoyed a cozy evening by the bonfire and had a fantastic time paddling around the lake in the canoe. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. Fantastic setting! The place was clean and very well equipped, we lacked nothing. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Wonderful clean lake and fun to explore with their kayaks. We found the indoor space a little tight (family of 5 adults), the rooms were small but comfortable. The outdoor space was phenomenal, lots of sitting areas, fire pits and we enjoyed the hot tub! It is not good for people with reduced mobility however. There are lots of stairs!

This place was beautiful and felt like home! There’s is not a lot of cell phone service only on wifi. The house had everything you needed, just when you thought you brought everything they already had it! Spices, pans, pots, tin foil etc. It is a very quiet area. There was a dock a few minutes away we launched our boat to go fishing as well! Will be back for sure!

The place was really nice and with a great view. We enjoyed kayaking and bonfires. Amber was amazing with all the instructions and quick responses.

We had a great weekend stay at the cottage! Cam and Karley were super responsive, and accommodating of us for early check in and late check out. The cottage was well stocked with kitchen basics, and super clean and cute! As described, the main house is also closeby on the property, but we were left with full peaceful privacy the entire time. There are some beautiful walking trails in the area, including the South Frontenac just a ten minute walk down the main road. We appreciated the binder of local recommendations, as well as how pet-friendly it is, with a dog bed available and even a towel and poop bags by the door. Because it’s a beautifully wooded area, on the rainy days we did need to be vigilant to pick ticks off the dog, but we appreciated that the cottage was equipped with a tick removal kit in case we needed it, and we didn’t encounter any when it was nice out. If we hadn’t had a dog with us, we wouldn’t have noticed a thing because we were never finding them on ourselves!

Our stay at the Willis lake house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was evident through the detailed guide they provided, filled with excellent recommendations for hikes, local farmers’ markets, and attractions in Gananoque and Kingston. The lake house itself is a masterpiece—modern, meticulously designed, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We loved spending our days on the dock, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The breathtaking scenery and the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and stunning sunset views made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return next year!

Beyond my hopes! 😁 This was absolutely one of the most beautiful locations we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing!!! The pictures don't do the setting and the wagon justice! Everything was pristine and meticulously thought-out. Even though the weather was cool there were plenty of blankets, board games and puzzles to stay inside and cozy. Fabulous hosts! Jess and Josh were welcoming, kind and loved talking about the area they live and work in. Now we're contemplating moving to the area too lol👍 We'll definitely be back!!!
