Amazing view, great environment. We were very comfortable as a family with 2 children. Ideal for having a pleasant time and relaxing. Transportation was convenient, just not close to the grocery store. They already mention that, so we went by preparing. Ms. Ipek was very helpful with everything. The house was tastefully furnished and every need considered. We'd love to go back.

The house is clean as it appears in the photos. Ms. Gülşah responds to messages quickly. There is a market 50 meters away from the bus stop, 15-20 minutes from the bazaar, you can meet your needs, thank you for everything

The house was quite clean and tidy, the small balcony in front of it was also very pleasant. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but you can reach various cafes and restaurants in 7 minutes by car. the amenities in the house are sufficient for short stays, but if you need to stay for a long time, you should bring things like soap and dish detergent with you. It would be better if there were a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen, such as pots and pans. The hosts answered all our questions quickly, they were helpful and kind. Thank you, if we come to Izmit again, it will be a house we will prefer. :)

We were very satisfied with the house. We had no problem with the temperature of the house. Hot water was also accessible. Everything we might need in the house was considered. The cats who came to our garden were also lovely, they added value to our holiday. It was located in a beautiful, quiet and calm place surrounded by greenery, but there is no grocery store, etc. around. It would be better for those who go to do their shopping from the center beforehand. Mr. Bilal also helped us through the process, he was a caring host. It was a stay we planned to do again.
