This is our second stay at Dana’s place and per usual, it’s always great! She is extremely responsive and accommodating and the beautiful surroundings are an additional plus! We will definitely be back!

Literally the easiest check-in I have ever had at an AirBnB, with an immaculate cleaning job and exact description match. Perfect directions and ease of access while also feeling secure because of the location. The hosts were super communicative and respectful of privacy, very available if we needed something, and had lots of clear indications of how to use different things and what to avoid. Could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area!

We stayed at Birdsong Retreat for a family wedding. It was great for what we needed. However, the neighborhood was run down. Also, the back yard needs to be replanted. There’s no grass as pictured.

Vanessa is an amazing host! Her home is wonderfully furnished with anything you could possibly need. You could show up with just your clothes and would have everything you needed. Vanessa was extremely responsive and truly made us feel like welcomed guests. The location was great! Close enough to the city to do things in the morning, come back and rest, and go back to the city for dinner. Would definitely stay at Vanessa’s place again. Thank you for having my family!

This was my girlfriend’s and I first Airbnb trip we did. Stayed local ish but enough to get out of the city. And boy did we need it. It’s quiet, peaceful and a nice breath of fresh air. We will be coming back for a longer visit next time. If you want to get away from the city to a cute house that is quiet enough to just hear the birds chirping in the morning with a nice cup of coffee and some good breakfast, I’d say give them a visit. Tony and Kristen were very nice and Tony explained how the hot tub worked while we were checking out the property. Very nice and easy to talk to. This place was very cozy and homey. Perfect for a couples getaway weekend!

Clean and tidy home. We would definitely stay again

Our stay was amazing. Needed a last minute place for a while during home renovations. Linda was so nice and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed for our “home away from home”. Would recommend to anyone. Loved the unique decorations and special touches.

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. When we got to Dallas, we arrived at a different Airbnb late at night that was dirty and the pictures were deceiving. We reached out to the host of this Airbnb at 10pm and asked if we could stay through the week and he responded and got us checked in that night. When I say this house is absolute PERFECTION I mean it. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I’ll be back in Dallas a few times over the next few months and I’m not even going to look elsewhere, this is the ONE 🙌🏻 The decor, the cleanliness, the mattress 😴, the pool 💯. We watched some sunrises and sunsets from the back patio and just loved it. The host was really responsive and answered all the questions we had. It’s everything we could ask for in a stay!!

We loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 5. Very centrally located. Easy access to groceries and other basic needs. There were several good coffee options nearby thanks to the proximity to TCU (Common Grounds and Ampersand), and it was a short drive to get to all of the places we were headed (Dream Park, Museum of Science and History, Wildacre Brewing, stockyards). We also hit up their pizza recommendation at Zoli’s, which had fantastic food and a great playground for the kids.

This house was very spacious and homey, would definitely stay here again! It had everything we needed and was so close to the city, it was in a good location. The host was also very sweet and accommodating.

Very comfortable for 7 people, clean, quiet,easy access to things like groceries, and all necessities, kitchen was well stocked with those things you needed for preparing meals, lots of cooking utensil, silverware and dishes.

Great place to stay. Close to alot of local bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Downtown is close. Place is very clean. Can't wait to come back and see the neighborhood after they finish the building and adding new places in this neighborhood. Mindy is a great host.

Antonio was a Great Host the home was perfect and it was exactly as it was advertised. Antonio always responded very quickly to all questions and concerns I had. would love to be a guest of Antonio in the future.

Traveled to Texas from Florida with my family for my brothers wedding. We arrived earlier than expected and Ryan was able to accommodate us for an earlier check in. Also recommend some great restaurants! Easy to communicate with & quick response time. House was clean and perfect size for my family of 4. Just what we needed after a long drive. Great experience!

Christanne responded promptly to a minor issue and resolved it quickly and effectively allow my family to have fun, stress free comfortable weekend in the Dallas area. Christanne’s home was comfortable, roomy and clean. Thank you Christanne for wonderfully hosting us!

The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Peacock House! It was so cute, decorated adorably, and was so comfortable. We felt right at home settling in! It was so cool getting to enjoy the wild peacocks in the neighborhood too! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and linens were cozy and clean. We loved the backyard! It was a rainy weekend for us, so we didn’t get to sit out there but for a few moments in the rain breaks, but we will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway for my bday. 10/10 recommend. Very convenient location for all downtown access.

We stayed for a week and it was wonderful. There was plenty to do and it was fantastic to come home and relax in the hot tub. It was an A+ stay for me.

Absolutely loved our stay! This home has been remoded from front to back - and has amazing decor. My favorite time were the evenings. This home is filled with warm lights that were so serene. David was personable, and very responsive! 1,000% would book again.
