This was the second time I’ve stayed in Albert’s penthouse in Parq Ubud and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It’s a very modern, spacious, comfortable and clean environment that very much feels like a home. The Parq facilities - gym, 3 pools, sauna, multiple restaurants and abundant co-working space make the complex extremely self-contained and like its own little luxurious village a mere 10mins by scooter taxi from central Ubud. Albert is an exceptionally supportive, kind and communicative host. Thank you for another amazing stay! 🙏

The place is match the picture 100%. It’s clean, easy to find. Complete amenities. There’s a washer + dryer so we can wash our dirty clothes. The place feels like home. Thank you for the delightful stay.

The Bali Bubble was a wonderful stay. Bedroom and bathroom were big and spacious, with a king size bed. 20 min walk to Mertasari beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The house is located in Ayana resort, the environment is quiet, the apartment room is large, you can enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool, the room is clean and tidy, the style is decorated, the utensils and kitchenware are fully equipped, suitable for a family to stay for a long vacation.The Ayana resort area is large, various restaurants, SPAs, pools, bar services are complete, Rock Bar, H2O pool, Kubu Beach are beautiful, and the restaurant food is delicious.A very nice experience!Recommend staying for a few days!

Dewi was one of the best hosts we’ve dealt with. The resources she provided us helped make our trip complete. The pricing was great and allowed us to use her location as a base for other day trips (or two days up in Ubud!). The facility her unit is in has a quiet private beach (three minutes close, with free transport!), a huge pool and bar on site, with good prices. The on site gym is nicely adequate and the spa is well priced for a massage. There is also awesome shopping very close (7 minute walk) at the Bali Collection. We definitely recommend this place (Nusa Dua) and this host!

There are so many positives and what struck me straight away was that the photos, while very nice, don’t do the Villa justice. The Villa is very large and over 2 levels. The lounge is spacious with a comfortable couch, good air conditioners plus a fan. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is enormous although the shower pressure isn’t great. The kitchen and dining table are large. A microwave would be good although there is a large stove. Putu was a great host and was very responsive and will assist with early check in or late check out if this is possible. When we first arrived we were a bit concerned about the busy street but found it easy to walk to some really good restaurants within 600 - 800 metres, although there are a couple of uphill sections, such as Nook, White Stone, Tiflis and Chi at Uma. Plus there is a small shop for drinks and a top doughnut shop & laundries nearby. The pool isn’t very large but it was great for a refreshing dip. We plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay at this house with our family! The host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our messages, always helping us solve any issues promptly. The house was spacious and comfortable—perfect for a family stay. Everything was clean and tidy, which made us feel at ease. The amenities were excellent, with a washing machine and dryer provided, along with laundry detergent, which was super convenient. The location was also great, with restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this place!

Mr. Andrey is a friendly host, we communicate well, the villa is very comfortable and close to places to eat. The parking area is only enough for 1 car and is a bit difficult to access. But check in is easy and flexible, thanks to Ba Yuni who has helped us while we were there.

One of the best serviced villas I’ve stayed at in Bali! Ayu and John were absolutely incredible—so warm, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed as two families with kids aged 4, 9, and 18, and the villa was perfect for everyone. Having breakfast prepared each morning in the villa made our mornings so easy and stress-free. John’s cooking is 10/10—the French toast was to die for, and the BBQ dinner was excellent. The dedicated yoga and workout area was a real bonus—I loved being able to fit in early morning workouts in such a peaceful setting. The on-site laundry was a surprisingly big convenience, especially with kids. Location-wise, it’s fantastic. There’s a little “secret door” that leads you right to the main road, where you’ll find great cafes and easy beach access. Living in Singapore, I travel to Bali several times a year, and this villa easily ranks among my top picks for its service and hospitality. And a final (but important!) detail—the pool was the perf

pros: Nice place to stay with all you might need just around the corner and 3 min walking to the beach. Cute well maintained garden and nice pool. The host is very helpful and easy to deal with. cons: Washing machine was broken. However, there are many laundry services around.

Just got back from 11 wonderful days staying with Marshall and Feri. Being a C5/6 quad i was a little unsure how things would go travelling overseas, besides flying my main worry was finding the right place to stay. So glad i found accessible penyaringan, it had everything i needed already there including hoist, overbed table, monkey bar, commode as well as a pressure relieving mattress which is a real bonus as well as the hoist into the lovely pool. Feri looked after us very well with great breakfasts (great pancakes) and driving us around the local area to dinners or anywhere local we wanted and great for advice. Its so nice to find a place that actually knows what "accessible" means. This will be my go to place for bali tho i have feeling once the word gets out accessible penyarinan will be a hard place to get into as everyone will want to stay. Thanks again Feri and Marshall.

The villa looks much better in person than in photos. It is a great option and close to restaurants and the beach. This villa is a perfect place to have an excellent Bali experience.

What a gorgeous place this is!! It’s private, very quite has a lovely pool (shared) and the kitchen is very well equipped (I’m a chef) and we cooked a lot of nice meals. Good touches where the water filter so your not wasting plastic bottles which is great. Awesome bean bags for lounging on private deck. They left us some snacks too which was sweet. Towels where great quality, bathroom was spacious. Very simple but lovely. Only little issue we had on arrive was the directions (which are perfect) but because the host (who is not around) didn’t know the part of the road just before you get to the villa was closed, like a massive hole in the road and you can’t get through it, we had no idea where our place was. I can understand this must be frustrating to the host if they didn’t know the road was gone. It may help you to change the description whilst there is no road there and therefor the details are not correct. Just before the road works start there is a left turn down the alley and then a right turn down to the villa that would help a lot more to people to find easier. Again some drivers will take you the back way but MOST will not. This is just life and these things happen and it didn’t take away what a lovely time time we had! I would DEFO stay here again, I’ve been to Seminyak loads of times and this was by far the best. The caretaker Wayan is super lovely as his her husband and he even drove us all the way north to our next place. Stay here it’s GREAT!! We had Xmas here and it was super lush x Thanks Carole. the hotel was good if a little dated. Close to the shops on the street and they had a limited shuttle bus to the galleria. perfect for a short stay.
