Vacation rentals with a patio in Den Hoorn

I had a great two day stay. I didn’t make use of the bikes but certainly would have if I’d stayed longer. The accommodation is very close to everything, had all you need and Stefania was very helpful. Thank you.

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

Nice apartment, everything you could need at your fingertips. Had a wonderful long weekend! literally 150 meters from the boat to the apartment. Bike rental even closer. Perfect location.

The stay at Merel’s place was great from beginning to end. Communicating with her was easy and straightforward, accommodating an earlier check in and ensuring that everything is in place for our stay. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the place and by how well the kitchen was equipped. Overall, we would strongly recommend her place for a relaxing, conveniently situated accommodation for a holiday with family or friends.

We had a great short break in Alkmaar and in Nonney's apartment. The apartment is small but very well equipped. We were able to taste the wine in the garden and the city center is within walking distance. Egmond can also be reached in a few minutes by car to spend a day at the beach. There is an electric heater that you can control yourself when it is cold. The bedroom is narrow (there is little space to the left and right of the bed). Our baby crib fit between the foot of the bed and the wall. Kitchen and living room (sofa) are one room. Behind it is the bedroom. The apartment is entered from the back through the garden. The front door belongs to the apartment on the 2nd floor. Communication with Nonney was great. She always responded quickly. We will be happy to come back :)

The little house is lovely, furniture, accessories and every detail is very nice, functional and brand new. Jochen is always available to help you and meet your needs. Position is strategic: 30min by car from Amsterdam city center and Zaanse Schans, or 10min from the sea. Highly recommended!

Not a sterile, commercial holiday home, but a feel-good place! Thank you for staying in this very personal place, with many artistic gems, the Gmundener ceramic, a fully equipped kitchen... Around the house various outdoor places, for sitting, lounging, a sun spot at any time of day. The location was wonderful, right on the beach, at the beautiful Pavilion Noord. Those who do not yet know the region have all the possibilities from here: to explore the dune landscape to the north, the artist town of Bergen can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Alkmaar or Egmond. We have returned to everyday life in a very relaxed way!

We felt completely comfortable in this cozy house and enjoyed the quiet location. The location is perfect for walks in the dunes and an ideal starting point for excursions to Zaanse Schans, Keukenhof, the cheese market in Alkmaar as well as Amsterdam. A small suggestion for improvement would be to provide salt and pepper in the kitchen by default. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you for everything! Kind regards, Andreas

I loved my time at the IJsselmeer at Saschas place. I spent 8 days there that were so peaceful and I really got to wind down. Great stable wifi for work as well. Would definitely recommend and book again!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating areas, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the road and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better hostess! Thanks again for everything! Also for the nice welcome greeting! It's been a great time!

Thanks for the time in this great vacation home. We felt completely comfortable as a family. The house is modern and really nicely decorated. It had everything we needed, very well maintained and clean. The location is simply fantastic. You can walk to the beach, the dike and the hiking area in the dunes within a few minutes. The direct neighborhood to Den Helder and Texel offers a wide range of day trips and activities. Janine was always available and a great hostess. We would very much like to come back.

It was a very nice stay. The townhouse is very nicely decorated and everything is well maintained and clean. Harlingen is a very nice town with many restaurants, bars and nice little shops that invite you to stroll. The harbor is very nice too.

Came here for tranquility and nature and got exactly what I was looking for. The place was cozy and on a beautiful property. The hosts were generous and easy to communicate with. Also, the restaurant is quite good! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Walkable distance from Beverwijk station. From Amsterdam, you need to take NS which takes 32 mins. Frequency of train is every 20-30 mins. Nice place to stay. we reached late night as well and place is safe.

The location of the apartment is great. The center is within walking distance, yet it is quiet. Check in was easy and quick. Alexandra was always very responsive and helpful. The layout of the apartment is not quite visible in the photos. Only a real bedroom and an anteroom with bed. There is also the sink and a built-in shower. The terrace is not directly accessible via the apartment. One or two things were not in order with the cleanliness otherwise we were satisfied and it was completely sufficient for 3 people. The place Egmond is super nice and we loved it.
