Amazing. Such a peaceful spot by the water. We had such a nice relaxing time. The RV was spotless and had everything we needed, and the outdoor space and kayaks kept everyone entertained all weekend. My whole family enjoyed their stay and talking to some of the other guests at night be the firepit. It was also fun watching everyone work on their boats. This airbnb is a hidden gem in Edgemere. We can’t wait to stay again!

Loved staying at Synta's place for a quick getaway and would definitely come here again! She was super flexible from the beginning with allowing an early check in. Very easy to find and get inside the home with the keypads. Inside was spotless, the bathroom was beautiful, and the complimentary sleep masks and earplugs were so thoughtful! The metro was a quick 10 minute walk away. She also surprised us with bagels and milk for breakfast as a bonus! Such a great host, I recommend staying here!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

Beautifully situated in a DC area neighborhood, this home was comfy and everything out family of six needed for a trip to DC. Just a ten minute drive to park and ride at the Van Dorn Metro station. Stacey was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs.

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

It was a great place to stay. The days we went were quite rainy, and the house looked like a homestay nestled in the woods. The house was kept clean, cozy, and quiet, just what I needed after a long tiresome day. I enjoyed their book collections as well. Although, I couldn't make use of the local suggestions they had in the house, I'm sure it was well-curated. Overall, a fantastic stay in a safe place.

My parents came to Maryland for the first time to visit us and spend time with their granddaughter and they were so happy in Melissa’s place! They had everything they needed to have a comfortable and restful stay. You would barely know this is a basement unit with its spaciousness, kitchen area, living room and even sunlight through the bedroom window. Everything was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and they’re within walking distance to a beautiful park. The only challenge they encountered was the step into the bathroom but we knew about that in advance thanks to Melissa’s proactive communication and transparency. Melissa was so responsive and it was a relief to me to know my parents were in a safe, clean and lovely place within walking distance of us. Now they’re excited to visit us again and stay in Melissa’s place!

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live in Chesapeake Beach. Her place was exactly as described and check in was smooth and well explained. It was clean, well stocked and the most important to us quite. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our son and daughter-in-law. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. It was convenient to have a parking spot in the back with easy access to the apartment. Emily was super kind and accommodating with setting up the sofa bed for an extra guest. The place also included toiletries and a full kitchen setup in case of cooking dinner. Overall, a welcoming apartment, very clean, and spacious.

What a lovely setting for a nice quiet stay. Rural house but not far from shopping and restaurants. Beautiful creek nearby. Pastoral lands. Bobbie and Dave are very friendly and communicative. Easy instructions for everything. Couldn’t ask for more.

Perfect spot for my needs: a business dinner meeting and setting up my workspace to get work done before and after; the description didn't even mention the apartment having a desk, which was an unexpected bonus! Very helpful hosts with real-time updates.

Serena was a wonderful host. She went the extra mile & left lists of places to eat, emergency services, & the map for the metro. She also has extra comfort items for her guests (robes, slippers, cleansing items). It’s a very comfortable, clean space in a nice and quiet area. Would love to book again!

Alison and Sam's oasis was truly a sparkling gem! From the moment we arrived, a sense of peace and tranquility enveloped us. Their attention to detail is simply magical – every corner held thoughtful touches designed to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. Whether you're a local explorer or a relaxed homebody, this space has something for everyone. The binders and magazines were a wonderful way to learn more about their adorable town, and we truly appreciated the effort they put into curating that information. Our stay was incredibly quiet and restful, the space was impeccably clean, and we were surprised by how spacious it felt. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here – it's more than just an Airbnb, it's an experience! We will absolutely be back to this wonderful haven.

Mark and Nina were very friendly and accommodating during our stay, including a little hiccup with our check-in. They responded immediately so we could check in and go on to visiting friends in the area. It's a beautiful area of country Maryland, rolling hills and lots of green in the late spring when we were there. We would happily stay again when we return to the area!

Maura’s site was exactly as advertised - spotless, comfortable, and an excellent location for us. Maura sent clear detailed instructions that made finding the place and check-in a breeze. We were delighted to spend the night in Maura’s apartment!

Overall a very positive experience. Kelly’s home was perfect for a one week stay for just one person and both Kelly and her husband were very kind. One of the big reasons I picked this location was for the cozy backyard space, and I think it lived up to my expectations. That said, a couple things to note would be that there is no designated parking spot. I was given a parking pass for street parking and some days I had to park a couple of houses down. This also isn’t a “central” downtown Fredericksburg location. There are still cute restaurants, but for most you’d have to walk a mile plus to get there. You also have to walk and cross at least one busy intersection to get to the Rappahannock Trail that is a main attraction for the area. That said, there IS free parking in downtown Fredericksburg and I don’t mind a little sunshine so that didn’t bother me, but I know it might be a deal breaker for others.

We had a wonderful experience at Katie and Marcus’s place. It was the perfect little spot and had thoughtful and well stocked amenities. We were really late getting in and their instructions to check in were easy to follow.

Bob, was super friendly and communicated very well. His Airbnb is accommodating & so cute inside, & outside. It is in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, while also being only a 10 minute walk from a metro station.

I highly recommend this place for those needing to visit the area or surrounding DC areas. We had to be in The Wharf area in DC for work-related reasons, and this place was much better than any of the hotels there. The place is exactly as described. And the hosts were extremely accommodating to our departure time given our unusual work schedule. Within 15-minute drive there are numerous restaurants and parks, and we were only about 40 minutes from the Wharf area. Excellent place to stay!

The place was nice and clean. We loved being next to the park. The neighborhood was beautiful.
