Vacation rentals with a patio in Delbrück

I immediately felt comfortable in Thomas and Anja's beautiful apartment! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning supplies/ vacuum cleaners were also available if you want to clean in between. Enough cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a large closet!) The location is quiet but super practical: in 5 minutes' walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time please!

We were warmly welcomed by Kathrin upon arrival. She then showed us the apartment and explained a few things about heating. After the key handover, we were able to settle in peace. A parking space is available near the house. The apartment is beautiful, large, cozy and has exceptionally good amenities. It is located on a hillside, about 50 m from the main street of the village of Elpe. The apartment offers a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This is suitable for a maximum of two people. There are roller shutters on all windows. The kitchen offers everything needed for cooking - including salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and filters for the machine. A dishwasher is not available. But a sink! ;D CONCLUSION: We were absolutely delighted with the hostess, the apartment and the value for money. Absolute tip for a quiet stay, close to Winterberg!

I had a great time. The property was clean and everything you need was there that you need. The description indicated that there are no towels and linens, but everything in the apartment was to be found. Super satisfied, I can only recommend it

It was the second time in this apartment now in spring you can walk in a few minutes in the beautiful spa park but also in the center. The apartment is privately comfortably furnished, just great.

The property is as described - a beautiful place to unwind. Really great property, a bit like from another time. The apartment is soooo cozily furnished - you can only feel comfortable here. 5 stars for it! The only thing I didn't like was that there was a construction trailer in the garden in front of my balcony, which apparently is also rented. This was neither visible in the text nor in the pictures. I had also booked the place because of the great view of the garden and the privacy, but I couldn't really use the balcony and the view, as I also wanted to give the other family their space.

We had a very nice one in Daniela's charming cottage. We did not lack anything on site and Daniela was always available for questions. We particularly liked the private location of the cottage and the beautiful garden in which we could make ourselves comfortable in nice weather. However, it should be noted that the noise, the nearby highway, which caused a subtle background noise at least during the day. Due to the good connection, however, we were able to reach beautiful routes to explore and hike in a few minutes' drive. Overall, we were very satisfied and can definitely recommend a stay.

Were 5 people to a festival in Büren. Parking in front of the house can be found! The place was clean and cozy! Markus was very friendly and was able to help with questions and wishes. By car, you can quickly get to Büren and Paderborn. I can recommend the apartment!

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. I had the pleasure of staying at the "Family Friendly for Work and Leisure with Cinema" on the Diemelsee, and it was an outstanding experience. The apartment is modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately gives a feeling of comfort. Particularly impressive was the in-house cinema, which is a highlight for both children and adults. The location near the Diemelsee offers numerous recreational opportunities, whether hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made sure we didn't miss anything. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect combination of work and leisure in an idyllic setting.

Had wonderful days☀️ What a space and tranquility around us and lots of privacy. Sitting in the fireplace in the evening at our campfire. The cottage was full of comforts and shower was lovely. Nice hosts you could reach by simply knocking on the door behind their house. Horses ,Ponnys ,chickens goats,cats and two bordercollys. Everything within sight but no nuisance. We will definitely come back to this top location in an oasis of peace!
