Micheline's guest house is located in the middle of the mountains and a perfect starting point for hikes like Annoubine valley and Cedars of God. Both are less than a 20 minute drive away. To Horsh Eden Nature Reserve, it is about 50 minutes (don't trust the Google Maps here - they want to send you over paths that you should definitely drive only with a 4-wheel-drive). I could find the location easily with Micheline's help (Google Maps link). The view is amazing and I have no words to describe the beauty of the garden. It is a haven of peace. In the morning I could enjoy the sun on my skin sitting on the sofa outside and in the night watch the stars and listen to the frogs ;-). Most of all, I have to point out how friendly Micheline and her husband Paul were to me. Upon my arrival, I even got a self-made dinner, and they both checked in on me while I was hiking alone. I definitely want to come back. I felt so cozy and welcome there as if it was my own home.

It’s my second time staying here, and there’s a definite reason why I come back - Zeina and her family are lovely, the place feels like a warm hug, and the view is immaculate. I’ll be sure to return soon!

I recently stayed at Tintin au Paradis and I feel incredibly grateful for the experience. The place was fantastic, and the host was extremely supportive. The house was spotless, clean, and cozy, with the bedsheets being so clean and smelling amazing. If you're looking to skip the hectic cities, I highly recommend it. I especially enjoyed the morning breeze. I look forward to returning. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for giving me a chance to recharge.
