Monthly Rentals in Defence Colony

Perfect location for Defence Colony and South Delhi. Attentive host and very helpful maid. Property has a nice court yard and is accessible. We found getting Uber and taxis to be quite easy. You can walk to Defence Colony main market which has good restaurants and amenities. As we have two women in our group we found the location very safe and secure, at night the main gates are guarded and it’s Def Col which is known for safety. Would recommend Would stay again. 😊👍

The stay was perfect for me and my husband. The metro station is just across the street, and a big shopping area (Lajpat Nagar) is within walking distance. There is a little park in front of the building and on the side as well. The house was kept tidy, and the fresh flowers added more taste to it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Thanks, Amar, for such warm and cordial hospitality.

Staying at Deepika’s place was a delightful experience! The apartment had a warm and cozy vibe, surrounded by lush plants, and the balcony was a perfect spot to relax. The staff was incredibly helpful, and Deepika’s communication made everything seamless. Great value for money—I’d absolutely stay here again when in Delhi!
