The dodecagon house is located in a slightly remote area with good access. For those searching for nature, privacy, and outdoor activities. Many surrounding places for trekking. There is also at 20 minutes drive a small town Port Jarvis, with good restaurants and friendly people that we visited. If you have more time, you can go to Woodstock and return the same day. The house is pet friendly, there is no mobile phone signal but the house has internet and you can connect with the house network if you need. Shashin is in contact and responds promptly. We recommend it for nature lovers.

The Stargaze Lodge is the perfect place for a nice quiet getaway. The house is absolutely beautiful and is very clean and we'll stocked. Gary goes above and beyond making your stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our April 2025 stay very much. Actually had a visit from a good sized black bear. He saw us at the sliding glass doors and decided to go back into the woods. We believe he might have been heading to the pond/stream across the way. There was 5 of us and there was plenty of room. If you get the bedroom on the bottom floor and find it too chilly, turn on little heater that’s on the wall and shut the bedroom door. It worked great. Everything in home was spotless. Decorated nicely. Bring your streaming passwords to watch TV. We sat out front made S’mores. Also used grill, great plus. If you go with dogs or smaller children bring a wide baby gate to put on back deck to keep them on the deck. It was a great wrap around deck by the way, it is closed off at the front. Washer and dryer worked well. You really won’t be disappointed in choosing this Airbnb. Anna kept in good contact before and after stay. Enjoy if you do decide to visit. 😊👍🏼

Bruce was very hospitable and his cabin was lovely. It was a very homey vibe , we had access to the lake, boats, grill and fire pit. There were bugs, but that’s obvious with being in the woods. We had a lovely stay at this cabin!
