Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Deer Park

We had a three-night stay in this unique and beautifully curated house that feels like a home. It looks exactly like the photos and delivered a great experience for our family. The range of artwork and well curated travel memorabilia was awesome. We spent a number of hours just looking at bookshelves and at the models built into boxes and tables. All with LED lighting. Our thoughts are that staying at an Airbnb should be fun, quirky and comfortable and deliver a unique experience, one you don't get at home. This house delivered on all fronts. We are grateful to have had the experience of staying at the house and will definitely look to stay again one day and will recommend to friends. Very good water pressure in the showers

John was an amazing host. From the first point of contact and all through our long stay (6 weeks), John was there if needed. The place was exactly as how it is described and kept immaculate. Great location, in between Hampton St, Highett Rd and Bay St Brighton not too far away also. The back yard space is amazing. Nice and private and great to sit out in and enjoy the sun. Would highly recommended if you are looking for a place in Bayside. Thanks John for your great hosting.

Maria’s house is beautiful, and certainly very spacious! Everything is incredibly comfortable, and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden is huge, with a beautiful oak tree, and would be lovely to sit under in the warmer weather. It is in very quiet area that is close to Maling road, and would be easy to get to the city from. Maria is lovely to communicate with, and left us a little treat! We would thoroughly recommend staying here! Thank you :)

This was a great place for my family to stay. Alice & Ash were kind, helpful, amd responsive hosts.

Karen was very friendly and always responded to my text promptly. The house is very clean and kept in a very good condition. We had some issues with the room door lock, light and oven. She immediately sent someone to fix it. (unfortunately for the light the electrician could only come the following week, but it was not a big issue). I would love to return and stay at this humble home when I visit Melbourne again.

This is an amazing place to stay if you’re interested in checking out the hustle and bustle of the iconic Chapel street … Well situated, close to Revolver and breakfast club and many other amazing venues down Chapel street .. Walking distance to some great food options and some amazing coffee .. I’ll definitely stay again, next time in Melbourne ..

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

Perfect place to stay while having a loved one in hospital. Easy to access and super responsive host. Before our stay they have issues with getting a cleaner but they were super amazing at providing us multiple options while we waited for the cleaner. Very responsive host and happy to answer all questions. The parking space was perfect. Highly recommend.

The penthouse has everything that you need , Chante has thought of everything. A perfect place to stay , wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything it has to offer . Due to circumstances outside of everyone’s control we couldn’t stay the entire time and Chante was very responsive and extremely helpful.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area and very walkable to the central business district with a market around the corner. The skyline view from the apartment is amazing with the balcony being the perfect place to take in the view day or evening. Access was easy to navigate and secure. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed during our stay.

Our family of 4 adults spent 4 nights in Dr Fred's apartment. We love the apartment; it is spacious and exactly as the photos show. Fully equipped, great views, safe access, free parking space if required. The Southbank area is great, with wonderful choice of restaurants, all within walking distance. Easy walk to Melbourne City, shopping and transport options. It was a pleasure corresponding with Dr Fred and greatly appreciated the detailed visitor information and tips for the local Southbank area. We received regular messages, with clear instructions to suit our travel plans. Definitely recommend this accommodation experience and hope to return in the near future. Thank you, Dr Fred & Dianne.

Meary was a great host made every effort to accommodate my wishes. As an ex motel owner I am fussy. I was the first late checking and was expected to revert to an email sent with normal checking conditions to identify the number of the apartment. Given the errors in the checking standard document I had no faith in the apartment number. I disturbed Meary at 1:30am requesting this apartment number - she provided immediately and all was good from their. Great stay lovely apartment.

We stayed one month at Jo Anne's and appreciated the welcome card and facilities. It was comforting to know that Jo responded very quickly to emails. When you lovely apartment is only 100 yards from a beautiful beach, you know you’re on to a winner. Bright and very clean, very well stocked with everything we could need. Great location for the station at Seaford and nice restaurants, wine bars etc. Really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home here and Sid responded quickly if we had a query. If we come again we’d definitely stay here
