Very clean. Host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

Matthew provided the perfect stay in every way. Clean, helpful, kind, attentive… Beautiful view out back. They went out of their way to make sure we had extra coffee when the snow was coming down. The mattresses are super comfortable, which was important for me. I will be booking this cozy cottage again. We didn’t want to leave and actually stayed an extra night. Wonderful people!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. Dianne was a great hostess. The little house was very clean and up to date and in a great location. Would and will stay there again.
