Modern studio with private parking in the best spot in Pocitos. 8th floor, windows from ceiling to floor. Ample view with sea as background. Fully eqquiped. Very Functional. Three blocks from the beach, seafront promenade, and Buceo recreational harbor (Puerto de Buceo). Two blocks from Luis Alberto de Herrera Avenue, with the World Trade Center, Montevideo Shopping, restaurants, shops and a lively day and nightlife. Yet quiet. Excellent transportation means.
