Art Deco style apartment in front of the Mercado del Puerto, duplex type, with private bathroom, balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the tourist pedestrian Pérez Castellano. The room now has a double size bed. It was painted in January 2019 and the fourth floor was laminated. It has several amenities such as a living room, wifi, and a large library with classics of Uruguayan and Latin American literature.

Recycled studio room (25 m²) 3 blocks from the sea and 5 blocks from downtown. It has a small kitchen with a gas stove, mini fridge, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils.
