The chalet is exactly as described in the listing. It is very nice, cozy and practical. Everything was thought of and we were completely satisfied. Contact with Francesca was straightforward and reliable.

We had a wonderful time with our daughter. There are so many interesting things to do on the island. The indoor pool with its crazy slides was fantastic. Gerdi was a terrific host. We‘ll come again.

The location on the lake is very nice. The property is a little dark at the jetty, but from noon the sun is there. The kitchen is big. The beds were comfortable.

A nice place to stay in a holiday park. To the reception 2 min walk, supermarket, swimming pool, mini golf etc also nearby. The house has a second fridge in the storage room. Unfortunately, the house is not very well insulated, but the heating works great. The fireplace makes the living room cozy. The kitchen is also well equipped. The beddings and towels must be picked up and paid at the reception. However, it and Sylvia refunded the amount immediately.

Lovely little cottage right on the water. The house is exactly as described, perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, right on the water but also with a small pool that our children delighted in. A fun canoe and boat to take a tour around the surrounding waters. Highly recommend for a peaceful few days with children.

Love this place, if you driving in Netherlands, then this place is perfect. You can easily reach Amsterdam and Volendam by car from here. Recommended!

In short, we liked the vacation very much, the communication was uncomplicated, the arrival was great and the cottage was tidy and cozy! The area was beautiful and everything was great to reach on foot or by car! Would come back any time;)

We enjoyed staying with Jaqueline and Nico very much. An enchanting cottage with everything you need and beyond! Even boat and bikes were present. Jaqueline and Nico were very nice hosts who always responded quickly and constructively to questions and took care of them. We will be happy to come back.

Joke's small apartment is highly recommended. I was there with my boyfriend for 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. Joke and her husband are very kind people. The apartment has everything you need and as a crowning glory a small private garden where you can sit super nicely. Everything is easy to reach. Would love to come again. :)

Patriza's place is quite suitable for 6 people. It is very spacious in the living area, the kitchen was very well equipped, via microwave, oven, kettle…etc. everything was available. Outside, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the water, and a private jetty is another highlight. We had a lovely time with the family in this well-kept place. Everything was great!!

We had a very nice weekend in the accommodation and would come back every time. Lindsey was very friendly and we felt like at home. The tips were helpful, Alkmaar and the sea were quick to reach. Thank you so much for having us

Spacious, clean and well-equipped house. It's in a quiet and very picturesque village (little Gieethorn). Micaela was very kind and welcoming during check-in. We spent 6 days in serenity and comfort and visited various sites in the Netherlands by car (Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Leiden, Haarlem, Volendam and Marken, Zaanse Schan, Gieethorn) knowing that we would return in the evening to a perfect house to rest. Highly recommended.

This was my first time booking through Airbnb – and it really exceeded my expectations! Vonny is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who is always available for questions or support. The apartment is more spacious than in the photos and very stylish and tastefully furnished – cozy and with a lot of love for detail. The bed is super comfortable, I slept great. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with spices for cooking – perfect for those who like to cook themselves. The residential complex is quietly located and offers a beautiful environment – ideal for relaxing. I was completely satisfied with the stay and would love to come back. We felt very comfortable and a bit like at home. The house is very spacious and lovingly furnished. It had everything, the kitchen was sensational, since we also cooked. The place has everything you need. The location of the house with the proximity to the sea and to Amsterdam is great. The family's cat greeted us and we took her into our hearts. However, if someone is not good with cats or is allergic, Selfa should address this beforehand. We would come back back.

We enjoyed wonderful days in the great house. The two were always there for us with questions, tips for things to do in the area. The handout with information about the house was very helpful and in addition, the two were always available to us and very warm.

Henk is a very friendly host and "De kleine walvis" is a beautiful and well-equipped accommodation. This was our second time here and, as always, we felt very comfortable. Thanks to the good weather, we were also able to use the outdoor area. The location is perfect for a quick trip to the beach with the kids. We'd love to come back!
