Norman house 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris, close to the banks of the Seine and Lake 2 lovers, ideal for families. Large garden, games, barbecue, garden furniture, the whole family will be able to gather outside, play and have meals there. If it rains the interior has a fireplace, a TV with DVD, and lots of board games. The house is 5 minutes from 2 beautiful lakes where the Léry-Poses leisure center is located and 30 minutes from Rouen. Parties, big groups, and pets are not allowed.

A quiet house in a good location!

Proche de tous commerces et de multiples activités saisonnières (sports , détente et nature). Situé à moins 100m de l’Eure et à deux pas de la voie Verte. Pour les voyageurs et les professionnels à 5mn de la gare, à 5km A13, à 30mn d’Evreux / Rouen / Andelys / Vernon. La côte Normande est à moins d’1h20 par l’A13 vers Caen et A29 et Paris à 1h20. Le weekend, il y a des marchés à moins de 10km (Louviers , Pont de l’Arche..), avec de produits frais de qualité.
