excellent location 3 minutes walk to Metro station. Great variety of restaurants, grocery stores and even barbers and beauty salon on your door step. Host was always responsive and had some great suggestions for us. Apartment was very comfortable and clean and we will definitely be booking this property on future trips.

It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. Breathtaking views of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, access to the metro and shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. I can say that it was the cleanest house we stayed in, which made it feel like our own home. The location is already very good 5 and 10 minutes to the airport. The site was also very safe and peaceful. The entrance and exit is smooth. Due to the location, the metro is very close to everywhere. The house was hot, even though the weather was cold. And it was really spotless. The house smelled very nice and the fact that there was no smoking in the house. The host, Ms. Busra, was also very kind and caring and very helpful with everything. I stayed at a place with ainbnb for the first time, but everything went extremely well and well, Mr. Nuri was very good, very friendly and extremely punctual. We wanted to check in early on the day we checked in, since we arrived from afar, it was very helpful to us, it was ready at the time we called 😅 our house, but we could not come early, it is a place where I would definitely want to go again when I came to Istanbul, there is a metro station in front of the neighborhood, the house was clean and tidy, we had a host that we could reach without hesitation when we needed something, we thank Mr. Nuri for everything 🙏🏻☺️

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

This apartment is fantastic. The space is large and full of character. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The location cannot be beat - it is on a quiet, charming street very close to Galata Tower and the metro. A small elevator made it easy to get luggage upstairs. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I will definitely choose this place on my next visit.

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.

I had previously stayed in another apartment managed by this host and was happy to return. This apartment was just as wonderful - a quiet bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen (truly, it has everything you might need), and a perfect location. What I particularly appreciate about this host’s apartments is their impeccable cleanliness—you can tell great care and attention go into maintaining them. The location is ideal. If you’re arriving from Taksim Square with luggage, you can easily walk, as the route is relatively flat (not always the case with Cihangir). Highly recommended!

Great stay and great communication

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

This is a great apartment in a great location. Clean and spacious apartment. The complex has pleasant and helpful staff. When I injured my leg, the cleaning lady who cleaned the given number herself called the reception and asked to bring ice. I will recommend this apartment to my friends and family.

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Both Adam and Bora were excellent hosts! Very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed staying at their place for 10 days, super comfortable and cozy. It’s close and within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Plenty of coffee shops and markets close by as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at this place in the future. Teşekkür ederim!
