Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Dambulla

Our family was very happy with our short stay at the hideout. The hosts communication was brilliant throughout. We had contacted them before we arrived with numerous questions which they always answered promptly. The pool and outdoor area was lovely, clean and relaxing with great views from the lookout area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the lovely chef came out to say hello in the mornings and was kind enough to make pancakes for my fussy son when he wouldn’t eat anything on the menu. We also loved the breakfast and had two lovely evening meals in the restaurant during our stay.

We had a very nice stay at the Courtyard Villa. The host made us dinner when we arrived in the evening after a long travel, which was really nice. He was always available and helpful, came with ideas and recomandations on what to do, and set us up with both a TukTuk, a Safari-Jeep (and guide) and a driver when needed. The place was quiet and nice, and easy to get around from with a TukTuk.

Great stay! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. They suggested and organised trips and meals around our requirements. The location is very peaceful and in nature (pack mosquito spray). Everything was as described. There are not many pictures of the bedroom which is quite rustic but has everything that you need for a couple of nights.

We really liked it at the Royal Rock and everyone there is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were driven everywhere at any time and were able to pick up super relaxed. In addition, we booked a safari through the hotel, which we can really only recommend. Very clear recommendation to spend a few days on the trip here!

This was an absolutely incredible stay! The team that work there are outgoing and do everything possible to make your stay memorable! We arrived very early and they provided us with breakfast before our room was ready and organised trips for us that were outside the normal expected activities. Would recommend this to anyone

First accommodation for our arrival in Sri Lanka and we received a very warm welcome. Our host was always attentive to us, always offered solutions and advice for the program we wanted. Always received with a smile and unparalleled kindness. He really contributed to our well-being on arrival in this country :) We recommend it +++
