Vacation rentals with a patio in Damascus

A very nice and quite place right down the road from Beach Mountain with plenty of restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and scenic views. The house had a very unique and charming layout that made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hibernation station. It is a very cozy, clean condo and we felt right at home. We didn’t anticipate how walkable it was! The kids loved being able to walk to the playground and to the sledding hill. Without little kids, I could also have walked to some of the local restaurants. The kids LOVED the pool, spa, and game room. We will definitely be back!

Deborah's little stayaway was the perfect escape out in the sloping hills of Bristol. The host was very communicative and flexible.

Great spot to visit our sons at App State. Walking distance to coffee shops, a new brewery, and campus. We couldn't make the coffee maker work, so Jamie recommended a local spot just 2 blocks away, and left a new Keurig outside the door within a few hours! Highly recommend the space and the host. We'll definitely be back!

Sharon’s space was perfect. She was incredibly welcoming by a personalized greeting, space for cooking, and a game room for fun. Perfect for much needed family time!

My partner, dog, and I stayed at Mark and Judy’s place for 2 nights while traveling cross country. They were nothing but amazing. We arrived late after severe thunderstorms and Mark met us at the gate to lead us to the property, and immediately handed us a flashlight and umbrella just in case. It was so lovely to be able to step out onto the deck in the morning and breathe in the mountain air. The den itself is impeccably decorated, clean, and has everything you need. Their dog, Ranger, is SO sweet and beautiful, too! Would 100% recommend staying.

This bottom floor apartment was in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that was close to all the West Jefferson places we like to visit. It was clean and organized. I loved the little “extra thoughtful amenities” that were available if you forgot things from home. My favorite part was sitting on the porch drinking coffee relaxing while two hummingbirds hovered for a minute.

Excellent stay!! Very accommodating, bed was super comfortable. Close to town and very convenient location. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Nice and cozy space living space, kitchen was well stocked. Loved the outside porch setting area! We will return and stay again!

This place was great for a multi-generational group. Will definitely stay again when the need arises.

If I could rate ten stars I would! The view here is fantastic and everything was just as described. Benjamin and Sommer were super helpful with the driving directions and with the notes around the house. Definitely take their advice and arrive while the sun is up. It made finding the house much easier. I will definitely stay here again!

Findley House was a fantastic place! Two college friends met for a quiet Friendsgiving, and this house was the perfect spot. It was clean, beautifully appointed and had so many thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. Everything was so modern but cozy (great linens and towels are a mark of great host to me). Lisa left a personal note with recommendations for meals along with some snacks! Downtown Damascus is practically around the corner and we were happy to support a few of the stores. The town was impacted by Helene but is slowly reopening- please visit and support the local business! Everyone was so kind. It was a bit colder than we expected, I would go back when it’s warmer to enjoy the outdoor space! Overall it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay at their home! It was exactly what we needed and worked well with our 1 year old son. It was comfy and easy with great communication.

We booked the home the morning of our stay and only spent one night because we just needed to break up our drive home from Thanksgiving. Hugo was responsive and friendly and gave clear instructions regarding the home. Everything was just as pictured and we were able to settle in right away. The home had plenty of space for our family of 6. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There are no extra “chores” to do before check out and that allowed us to get right back on the road which we appreciated. He also supplied coffee which saved us a stop! We did not have a chance to explore Bristol but wish that we had…maybe another time! When choosing this home just be aware that none of the bedrooms have locks and 2 of the 3 rooms have sliding barn doors in case the lack of privacy is an issue for you. Otherwise we would highly recommend the home to anyone looking to visit Bristol or have a pit stop like us!

We enjoyed our stay in this this beautiful condo. The large deck was a highlight! The host was very responsive and promptly returned messages.

Maggie was very easy to work with especially since we didn't book until a few hours before check-in. We were just in town for 2 nights and didnt spend a lot of time at the house. it was much more spacious than a hotel room. The beds were comfortable. Though we didn't use it, the kitchen was clean. The heating and air unit worked wonderfully. The view out the back deck was beautiful. The overhead light in the bunk room didn't work, but there was a floor lamp. Also, blinds or curtains on the front door would be nice because you ccan see straight into the kitchen/living area. All in all, it was worth it and made our stay more relaxing

Place was peaceful and quiet ! Matches the description. Cozy and family friendly! Lots of table games. Pool was clean also. Very responsive host. Over all a good experience. Would book again

Rita is an excellent host. She is gracious and responsive. The condo isn't much to look at on the outside - but inside it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were traveling with our adult daughter, and our son and his family (4 children included). We had plenty of space and we were able to put the kids to bed and enjoy talking in the living room. My husband, an excellent cook who was helping with some Thanksgiving side dishes to bring to our friends celebration, was very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked including sharp knives (this is uncommon in our experience) and top notch kitchenaide appliances (also not common in other places were we have stayed). You do have a beautiful view although the raceway is part of that. But it is an excellent place to stay even if you aren't there to watch races! We have friends who live in Bristol and we will definitely be repeat customers!

My mom, sister and I loved our stay. The location was beautiful, you are able to see the ski slopes as you are walking up to the location. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We loved that the living was decorated for the holidays (the tree was cute). Everything we needed was on there, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the master bedroom shower was beautiful. Everything was perfect other than the hot water ran out really quickly, but that was the only negative thing about our stay. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely come back! Also we had a question when we got there which was late at night and Trisha responded very quickly.
