Mario’s house was just as described and pictured. It was really clean, spacious, and they had everything from snack, to coffee, to clean linens. It was like staying in a hotel!

Really spacious house. Conveniently located about 15 mins from AT&T stadium as well. House was big enough for all of people to sleep comfortably and had our trip been a little longer we would have loved to stay even longer. Jason was very responsive and was accommodating to whatever we needed.

This place didn’t match the pictures. It was much much nicer in person. This was a nearly brand new home with garage parking! My stay at Emmanuel’s Airbnb in Dallas was exceptional! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Emmanuel was a fantastic host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to any questions I had during my stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the city. I especially appreciated the small touches, like the comfortable bedding, which made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying at Emmanuel’s place and look forward to returning on my next trip to Dallas!

Enjoyed my stay here. I wanted to extend my stay, but someone had already booked the place for the following weeks. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to cook. The kitchen is fully stocked and spacious.

The grill and back patio were great. And the pool table inside kept all of us entertained. Lots of room for us all.

Place had plenty of room for our group. Evan and Sandra were responsive and even allowed us to check out a little later. Overall a good stay, the neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but didn’t have any problems at all. For the price it’s a great deal fits large groups comfortably.

Very quiet , good parking space & very clean

This place is such a gem! It was a perfect base for us (2 + a dog) - we cooked, went for a run, walked to dinner and were easily able to get to friends. Adam was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space is very well curated. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was exactly as described, very clear instructions on how to enter and the hosts were quick to respond to any queries. The surrounding neighborhood is nice and feels safe and walking distance to so many fun areas. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Very beautiful space and in a great location. Very clean and the host was very nice. We would recommend to anyone staying in the area - there is an amazing community bar/restaurant park minutes away. We will definitely be booking with this Host again 😊

Great place to stay for a night in Dallas! We enjoyed getting to walk to Greenville for dinner, brunch and shopping. Very clear instructions, communication, and clean, well appointed place! Would stay again. We forgot something after we left and communication was prompt so we got to pick it up later! Thank you Christina!

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

Great area/location, a reserved parking space, and easy to find. Close to restaurants and other areas of interest. The condo itself is a great and one that I would book again if I'm back in the area and is available.

My husband and I enjoyed this air, B&B more than most. I can say that this was more of a homestay than most other experiences we’ve had with an Airbnb that seem to be a little bit more sterile. This is definitely is not that place. It had all the amenities & extras. The bed was very comfortable had tons of pillows. The couch was comfortable and had TV in the bedroom as well as in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped. The washer and dryer was excellent. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The porch was adorable. The location of this house was perfect. It was in walking distance to two really nice grocery stores and lots of good restaurants. It has an excellent Mexican and Greek restaurant that’s in walking distance. We did not have a car nor did we need one. The host are very responsive. We highly recommend this home.

This condo was all we were looking for in Dallas. The location was very quiet and you would never think it was in the middle of downtown! We found the first floor unit right away and the check in was very simple, we were unpacked and feeling at home in this stylish Texas decorated condo. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the long holiday weekend with our friends. So many restaurants within a few miles and we even walked to nearby Klyde Warren park with numerous food trucks on Saturday morning. So much fun and we will hope for availability the next time our travels take us to Dallas ! Thank you Steve
