Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Dallas Downtown Historic District

I had a conference in Dallas and wanted to find something other than a hotel room. Adrian’s place was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. It was located in a safe and beautiful area, a short 8 minute Uber drive to downtown.

The photos don’t do this place justice, beautiful apartment and beautiful surroundings. The apartment had everything we needed for our weekend. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Jayne!

Great stay. Place looks exactly like the pictures. communication was very clear. Had a wonderful time in the area, and a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay, great location, awesome amenities beautiful view in the room as well as in the gym while working out. Check in was seamless highly recommend staying here when in Dallas Short uber ride to terry blacks and pecan lodge for great BBQ !

Nice place. The sofa is more of a loveseat/a little short. Space was clean. Parking on 7th floor with unit on 1st floor was a bit of a hile, but David described what to do very clearly. The elevator smelled bad. Television was a bit confusing.

We loved our stay! Very beautiful space and in a great location. Very clean and the host was very nice. We would recommend to anyone staying in the area - there is an amazing community bar/restaurant park minutes away. We will definitely be booking with this Host again 😊

Convenient and walking distance to the convention center, other hotels and restaurants. Uber pick up right out front. Easy check in (there are multiple codes, but you get the hang of it). Very clean apt, everything was as described. Would stay again. Pool and other building amenities were closed, but that’s not the host fault.

Had a great stay here and easily walkable to the Gayborhood and uptown.

This place is fantastic. Incredible views of the neighborhood and pool from the balcony, clean and modern place with comfortable furnishings and quality electronics including TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. While it is a studio, the unit is very spacious. Unit is well stocked with dishes, cooking pans and tools, toaster, hair dryer and washer/dryer. Ian includes such nice touches as paper towels, soap and even cleaning supplies which are needed for an extended stay. The building has amazing amenities including a full gym, shuffleboard, pool area with grills, and secured parking. Location is perfect with many walkable restaurants and bars. Ian was a very responsive host who answered all my questions quickly. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Dallas.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s Airbnb during my recent trip to Dallas. This was my second time staying here, and it was just as cozy and comfortable as I remembered. The space is well-kept and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for my commute to and from the FIG – a huge plus! Mary is a fantastic host, always responsive and accommodating, which made the stay even better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great location! Next to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, nightlife and even public transportation. The space is nice. There is also a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Neighbors were all so friendly and I felt very safe. I’d book again.

Great location in Uptown Dallas. Amazing restaurants within a few steps from the apartment. The tram stop is next to it so can easily get on that to explore. We were only 2 but it’s a massive space so can easily accomodate 2 couples or a family. The neighbours were quiet and never heard or so anyone which we enjoyed. Great building and we felt relaxed and overall enjoyed our stay. Husein was an excellent host and great communicator. Even offered us late check out as an option as there wasn’t anyone booked to check in the day we left.

Our family of 7 stayed at Kendal’s for Thanksgiving and it was absolutely perfect! Kendal met us at his place and showed us his beautiful home. We had enough room to spread out, and a comfortable kitchen/living room to father for Thanksgiving Dinner and football. Also- his outside space is amazing. We watched football, used his grill, and had a cozy fire in his amazing Fire pit. He was in contact with us and made us feel right at home. We already have booked for our next trip to Dallas!

Keith was a wonderful host and very responsive throughout the entire process. The house itself was exactly as advertised - very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every single room was out of a magazine! The backyard was amazing to lounge in and the pool was epic! We are looking forward to our next visit already!

Great place to stay! When I reached out about the AC being on in the winter, vello was super quick to respond and get me the proper code to turn the heat on. House is in excellent shape, hot tub was a real nice amenity and was used every night. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Kitchen was also really nice. Plenty of bathrooms in the house as well. My only gripes are having to drop someone off to go open the gate and garage door- see if there’s a way to store and door opener or put one up. There was also very little cooking items. We tried to cook one night and couldn’t find a baking sheet. But other than that, great place. Would definitely look at booking there again in the future.

Stayed with friends for an event. The place was very clean. Bed very comfortable (others said the same). We will definitely try to get the same house if we come back next year.

Josh was an excellent host for our stay at his house. We booked within hours of our arrival due to changed plans. You can tell he loves the area and wants his guest to feel right at home. There was a slight hick up getting into the house but it was resolved right away due to his immediate response. Our kids loved Mags the cat who was super sweet.

This is such a beautiful spacious home. We were a group of 9 and we all had so much space. We were able to cook many of our meals at the Airbnb and found the kitchen was well equipped. It was only 8-10 minutes from conference. Everyone loved this space. The host was amazing and responded quickly to questions or concerns.

I came to Arlington Texas to attend a Women 's conference with a group of 7 adult women and 4 teen girls. So it was 11 of us in the house. We all had somewhere to sleep. The house was clean and more comfortable than the house we stayed in last years conference. On the last day we cooked a full meal like we was at home. We had all the dishes, plates, utensils we needed. I highly recommend!
