Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Dallas Downtown Historic District

The place was very clean, great location and definitely felt safe. Parking was good and also felt safe leaving my car there. I had only wished the bed was a little more comfortable but other than that everything was fantastic. Even extended my stay a day and was very grateful for the host accommodating us!

I highly recommend this excellent accomodation! It was as lovely as the photos and extremely well appointed! The city views from the balcony were fantastic and the location was fabulous! We were going to a hockey game across the street so it doesn't get any better! There are nature trails nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from, even a great grocery store around the corner. We would most definitely stay here again!

Keith was a wonderful host and very responsive throughout the entire process. The house itself was exactly as advertised - very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every single room was out of a magazine! The backyard was amazing to lounge in and the pool was epic! We are looking forward to our next visit already!

Really spacious house. Conveniently located about 15 mins from AT&T stadium as well. House was big enough for all of people to sleep comfortably and had our trip been a little longer we would have loved to stay even longer. Jason was very responsive and was accommodating to whatever we needed.

Perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay while in town for SMU Family Weekend. Easy to get around and easy access to Lower Greenville for great restaurants and anything we needed during our stay.

This is such a beautiful spacious home. We were a group of 9 and we all had so much space. We were able to cook many of our meals at the Airbnb and found the kitchen was well equipped. It was only 8-10 minutes from conference. Everyone loved this space. The host was amazing and responded quickly to questions or concerns.

We had been looking for a gathering place in the Dallas area and came upon this one that was just right for accommodations and price. But what a great find! Little did we know we'd be in the heart of a Korean/Asian business area! We had authentic Korean food at a different place each night. What a treat for all of us. The living areas were spotless and comfortable. The property is within 5 minutes of a nice park with a walking path. We felt safe in the neighborhood. A super-large Walmart was close-by for our grocery shopping needs. Alex was highly responsive in all matters, routine and "unusual." We are grateful to have had a great visit!

Excellent choice! You won’t regret choosing this home for any stay in Dallas. It’s such a comfortable, well-apportioned home. The hosts are incredible. The location is so centrally located that you can get anywhere in Dallas in a reasonable timeframe. One of the best experiences renting we’ve had! Highly recommend it!

We loved our extended stay here. We moved from out of state and needed a temporary place to stay while we looked for something more permanent. It was pretty difficult to find a place that would accommodate us with our large pup, so we were very grateful to have found this wonderful property! The complex is very dog friendly, and yet still very quiet and relaxing. We never heard any other neighbors while inside. It was a comfortable place to live for a longer period of time while we explored Dallas and got to know the area. It is in a great location, very central and easy to navigate. Addison has tons of shopping and restaurants nearby for convenience. 15-20 minutes from downtown. Tina was extremely responsive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we checked in. Highly recommend this property or any other listing!

This place is fantastic. Incredible views of the neighborhood and pool from the balcony, clean and modern place with comfortable furnishings and quality electronics including TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. While it is a studio, the unit is very spacious. Unit is well stocked with dishes, cooking pans and tools, toaster, hair dryer and washer/dryer. Ian includes such nice touches as paper towels, soap and even cleaning supplies which are needed for an extended stay. The building has amazing amenities including a full gym, shuffleboard, pool area with grills, and secured parking. Location is perfect with many walkable restaurants and bars. Ian was a very responsive host who answered all my questions quickly. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Dallas.

Couldn't ask for a better host than Quinn. Great location. Not counting traffic depending on the event, a 10 minute drive to AT&T Stadium. Place was clean and had tons of amenities which we did not necessarily need, but was a nice surprise. Only down-side was that it was a third floor and my wife has mobility issues, but the unit was near the stairwell and close to parking. Also, Quinn was nice enough to help with a suitcase on check-in, was super responsive, and lots of other small gestures, so it was definitely still 5 Stars from us and we are Superhosts ourselves.
