Really lovely house in a beautiful location, can imagine a bit scary at high tide with strong easterly winds! Facilities great, pots and pans of decent quality and beds comfortable. Pool table good quality and there is a drinks fridge at the bar - we were worried there wouldn’t be! Debra a great and communicative host and helped us out in a difficult situation which made our last couple of days less worrying. Thank you very much! Sam and family

We had a fantastic stay at Paco’s place. The cabin is lovely, has a rustic feel but with the mod cons people like for a break. It was all very clean and extremely cosy. The hot tub was fantastic and the grounds the cabin is on are really nice.

amazing place to be, great walks nearby and amazing house. everything was very clean and looked brand new! the only thing we found to be annoying was the dirty oven, but that's an easy thing to overlook. overall a good stay!

It had everything a holiday home should have from accommodation and facilities right through to the added touches of a pint of milk and a loaf of fresh bread. We loved the place, and is actually better than it looks in the pictures. A lovely cottage , very spacious and well located. Clancy is a lovely host, very responsive and recommended places for us to visit. Checked in with us to ensure we were settled, got us milk and eggs and little treats, which we found extremely thoughtful and useful considering we were visiting just before Christmas. Would highly recommend this place, the village is small but nice and easily walkable. Drivable distance from Inverness, Ullapool, Loch Ness and other places. Would happily stay again.

What can we say, home from home. Beautiful and cozy. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Ideal for our little family. So peaceful and quiet. Little to no internet so kids had no option but to communicate which was lovely. Had 1 little problem with the heating which was sorted within seconds. Can’t fault this place at all. The only problem we had was it didn’t last long enough. We’ve historically stayed in caravans but this has changed our mind for the future. Thank you Simon and Lyndsey.

Cottage was very clean and tidy with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Matthew provided a lovely welcome pack bread, milk, eggs etc which was very much appreciated. The cottage provides an ideal base exploring the local area. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed here as attending the Blues Festival, Hazel’s place was good as it was on the edge of Stromness so quiet and peaceful but an easy walk into Town. Everything we needed was catered for, made use of washing machine and tumble dryer for our swimming gear. Would recommend, Hazel was friendly and helpful.

Felt like home as soon as we arrived. Winnie met us on arrival and showed us around. Lovey to met her in person. Fresh, modern and very comfortable. The new kitchen was great, had everything we needed to cook. Would have happily have moved in permanently!

We had a lovely stay at Kishmuls cottage. The house was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffees, family meals, and playing cards at the table looking out to sea! The beds were very comfortable and rooms a great size. We love Hopeman, it's such a beautiful little village and the perfect base to explore the Moray coast. Thanks to Louise and family for the opportunity to enjoy their home and the great communication throughout our stay!
