Kennels Cottage at Dunrobin Farm

XuRating, 5 stars1 month ago
It was our first time up the northwest coast of Scotland, and Lizzie's place was perfect for a weekend getaway. It's only a 5-10 minute walk from Dunrobin Castle, which was beautiful and well worth a visit. Her cottage was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, not to mention the stove, which kept us warm and cosy in the evenings! I would love to return should we ever plan to visit that part of Scotland again. I cannot recommend it enough. ☺️

We had a wonderful time in Nigel’s cottage. It was super cozy and comfortable. Perfect for exploring the area. We felt at home. The surroundings are very peaceful and stunning. Nigel’s niece was very responsive and let us check in a little earlier. The cottage was spotless. Would come again/recommend wholeheartedly.

Arts and Crafts Highland Cottage with Sea Views

HelenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Thank you Peter and Joanna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your cottage surrounded by the stunning views coloured in the yellow, red and orange colours of autumn. Wonderful walks and bike trails direct from the cottage. The cottage was so well equipped. Cosy and warm. Lots of wonderful places to visit nearby. Big Burn waterfall walk, Dunrobin Castle and Gardens, Golspie, Ben Bhraggie and Brora. Dornoch, Falls of Shin and Balblair MTB were other lovely places we visited also. We had a very happy time a Big Barns.

Modern, New two bed loft apartment

BecRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Having stayed at our fair share of airbnbs across Europe and the UK, Fiona's place was by far the most hospitable and welcoming. We were travelling as a group of 4 and absolutely loved our stay here. Fiona has clearly put in a lot of effort to ensure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. We really appreciated her recommendations. Although we had a car, it would have been equally accessible go get to and from her place through public transport and just a short 10 or so minutes into the town of Golspie. Staying here really made our Highland experience memorable. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

The High Croft

We loved our stay at Rachel's place! The house is situated in a tranquil peaceful area where you can spot the occasional chicken or pony. The home was very warm and cosy which was perfect for cold winter nights. Rachel was extremely helpful. Responded to all our (maybe sometimes annoying!) questions and helped us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend

Otago Cottage, Brora

JaneRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We had a lovely week in Otago Cottage after a very last minute booking. Catherine was extremely helpful and prompt when I wasn't sure if our payment had cleared. We know Brora well so we already knew where the cottage is situated but the directions given would have made it very clear for anyone else. The cottage is beautifully presented throughout (I particularly had kitchen envy!) and contains everything one would need. The only things that would be a benefit are a washing line in the garden (it was too windy to stand the airer outside) and new windows on the front, as the A9 is such a busy road. These are minor issues and certainly didn't detract from our holiday. We would definitely stay here again when visiting relatives in the area.
