Arjun was truly a super host. I booked his place for my parents and they loved the place and service. Arjun also went out of his way to fulfil their last minute requirements and made their stay a very pleasant one.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The 1BHK apartment is located on the first floor of the house and offers everything you need for a comfortable visit. Sandesh is an excellent host—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The house is situated in a great locality with easy access to nearby amenities. I highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the best experiences that I have had. Key highlights that I am sure everyone will look for especially when travelling with Families and kids. - The entire property is yours - atleast we did not share with anyone - you have caretakers and Helen within 30 - 60 secs away so you are completely secured - Plantation, River and kids pool are the key highlights (you will spot a peacock a day if you are lucky) - Food and Arrangements ( special event) is something you need not worry about as Helen will ensure that it is all taken care

We recently spent a weekend in this incredible tree dome and it was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere. The dome itself is beautifully designed with a spacious interior, a comfortable bed, and a bathroom. Thirtha, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us a tour of the estate, which was fascinating. We also enjoyed a delicious meal prepared with fresh, local ingredients. This is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

This place warmly welcomed us and had a nostalgic vibe. It was easy to spot, and there was ample parking space. The flowers at home were a joy to witness. There was blooming dahlias and flowering bougainvilleas surrounding the house. The house was neat and the antique furnitures were the highlight. The kitchen arrangements were adequate, and the antique cutlery in fine condition along with the other elements of the house mades us feel like we were taken back to a different setting. We would like to visit again would recommend to others too!!

We had a great time here. The bunglow is well maintained with 4 bedrooms with attached bathroom, one huge living room with a dining table, big spacious kitchen a backyard and front garden with Gazebo. In the morning you can also go on walk down the trail in estate. Kitchen as many utensils to cook and serve. basic provisions of sugar, cleaning, handwash,etc is provided. Kitchen has a 8 seater dining table and common bathroom. It has Fridge , gas stove and cleaning area. It overlooks the backyard. Please note - 1)that the fourth bedroom is in the center area, so privacy might be compromised and it has a common bathroom in the kitchen. 2) TV was not working. But we did not want to watch the TV with the nature so beautiful. 3) There is no wifi. However Airtel signals are good here. Vodafone phones did not get any signals. We did hotspot from Airtel phone. 4) Incase you are travelling in rainy season please carry sport shoes and don't roam around in slippers in the outside area as its green and slippery. 5) Breakfast was really good. They sent to the bunglow . Even if you want lunch and dinner , they can provide. We had cooked our meals in the bunglow. 6) The staff was very kind and helpful. House was clean and neat. 7) Blankets are provided. 8) Bunglow is down the coffee trail in the valley. 9) As its very natural there might be snails and small insects. There were no mosquitos or cockroaches. It was very clean. You might want to carry an all insect killer spray safe side. We had carried our mosquito nets and insect spray safe side. 10) Best thing it has power backup. 11) So that we don't get bored. We had taken indoor outdoor games. Enough space inside and out for playing games. We had pre-downloaded movies to watch anticipating no wifi. Good time. Lovely house. Super prompt staff.

You will feel close to nature. The place is very calm and serene. On one side lies Gurupura river on the other side is Tannirbhavi beach. This property is on the river side. The property is exactly as described. The locality is very safe. People are great here. In the morning you will get a nice sunrise view from the river side. For the sunset you can go to the beach which barely at 500m distance. To commute to the city, the cheap and best way is go by ferry. The ferry dock is at walking distance of about a kilometre. From there boats are available from morning around 7-7:30 AM till 7:30 PM at interval for every 15-20 mins. D'Souza family is very friendly and helpful. They will give you lot of local recommendations. They are great hosts. Would love to stay again in future😊. PS: You will love doing kayaking here.
