This place was absolutely perfect! The home was both comfortable and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Nedim (the host) was incredibly welcoming and responsive, answering all of our questions quickly. We felt right at home throughout our stay. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Check in went very smoothly, Viktoria was very helpful, gave us amazing recommendations! The Airbnb is walking distance to the beach and the port (where all of the amazing restos are). I would 100% recommend to book this place for you next Milos trip!

Wonderful stay. Flora was welcoming and helpful. She provided us with very useful directions and suggestions for the stay (restaurants, beaches...). The location is strategic to get to every part of the island in a short time. Unforgettable sunsets from the terrace. The room was cleaned every day. We really liked Caterina's cakes and cookies that she prepared for us in the morning for breakfast. The property has a common kitchen, very useful and very well equipped. We thank Flora and Caterina for their hospitality. We hope to be back soon.

This is a home away from home. You felt like you were welcomed into their family. It was so calming from moment one, literally from the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off. Anything we needed they were helpful. They knew everyone on the island. So it felt like we didn't need to do anything but lift an arm to eat the delicious food and drink. Every restaurant and beach club was within walking distance. It also isn't far from town centre. Given the smaller size of the property too, you can tell that they are particular about who stays there, and put their guests experience as a top priority. Next time I am in Mykonos, there is literally no other place I will stay.

We liked the apartment very much

The property was well maintained & with a beautiful view. The host was very responsive and helped us out inspite of getting majorly delayed with our check-in, on account of the weather. We went in the offseason, so most restaurants were closed. Otherwise the location is close to the sunset point and quite central to the Caldera view. Overall a great stay at the property.

Kavos Studios is really a one of a kind type of place. It’s a little on the far side of the Island but the peaceful and somewhat secluded feeling you have there is worth the short drive from the port. Vasiliki is a wonderful host. She is super kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Feta and Eggs breakfast she makes at the pool bar ;) Finally the house cat Petro was the cherry on top of our wonderful stay.

I received a very warm welcome at Anastasia's- and found it so personal to be introduced to her lovely, friendly family. Her accommodation is perfect, the studio I rented was first class! Couldnt have been beaten by a five star hotel. Everything I could possibly have needed was provided, right down to the breakfast, which I hadn't expected at all. An added bonus was the transfer possibility to/from the airport- just around a 10 minute drive from the accommodation. I would warmly recommend Anastasia's -and will definitely return there again.

Dimitri is very friendly and helpful person. Good communication and responsive. House and the amenities are quite accurately described. Has a nice beach close by. They also have a laundry service for a small fee. There are some nice little authentic bakeries around the area to try out. Very happy with the visit!

The terrasse of the apartment is just a few meters from the sea. We went swimming there each morning (in October still) and enjoyed the turqoise water a lot. Communication with both Popi and cleaning service was very friendly. The apartment is furnished rather basic but we had everything we needed.

An amazing stay in a stunning room in the center of a terrific city. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Would never stay anywhere else in Syros.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice beach nearby. There are several steps down to get to market and beach. The taverna restaurant next door was amazing!

It was very clean and the host responded kindly. The surrounding environment was nice and it was very close to the bus stop. I had a good stay!
