The place is great if you like quiet time and privacy. Big space for 2 person and have most of what you needed for kitchen and bathroom. Perfect place to relax by the pool. We had a great time and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend this unit enough! Such a great place to unwind. Close to all the ammenities that Maroochydore has to offer, but in a peaceful and relaxing little area. The unit itself is perfect for a small family and is set up so you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. Clean, bright, comfortable and well-equiped with everything you need. Sam was a great host and was very helpful and friendly in all communication. We’ll definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay and experience. Beautifully located all within a short drive to Australia Zoo, The Ginger Factory (must visit) and beaches of course. Alex beach is super close within walking (3 min) distance. I hired a softboard foamy at Alex Surf Shop. Neil the owner was a legend and the biard was perfect for the waves. We felt right at home in Manny's place and the pool was an absolute highlight with our 2 year old, Sebastian. Will definitely visit again. Also, Mineth was super helpful in responding very quickly to my questions.

We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful and comfortable space and Jenna was a fantastic host. You couldn’t ask for a better location with the beach pool, the beach, a park, a playground and various cafes and restaurants all within walking distance (not to mention the in ground pool and sauna in the complex!). We loved our stay so much we have already booked a return stay!

Apartment is well equiped and tidy. Lovely amenities with the pools and spa available. Close to the beach and easy access to shops. Had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

I booked Zachary's place for my wife's birthday 2 days before we checked in and I'm grateful for Zach for accepting my last minute request and offering the best with the little time he was given. My wife and I enjoyed the movie theatre. We had a good competition at the pool table with a cute little bar area. The view is so beautiful, and we had the best hangout on the outside balcony looking down at the beach especially at night time. We enjoyed the beach, but the best was coming back to Zach's outdoor swimming pool for a picnic. The whole house is so clean and tidy. Aircon and fans helped alot during this weather. We can literally walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to get around. Such a big and beautiful house for a family vacation for the cheapest price I could find. Even though it was just us 2 and our dog, we enjoyed the whole house and pool to ourselves. Zach is such a friendly and polite person. I would highly recommend his place and definitely would book again

I particularly enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the lovely outdoor space, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Willow's attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch experience truly set this Airbnb apart. The space was immaculately clean, well-stocked with essentials, and thoughtfully decorated. Willow was always available to answer any questions and offer recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will most definitely be staying here again!

We have stayed in a fair few Airbnbs and this was great value. Brand new fitout, all new appliances, brand new cutlery. House has been tastefully renovated, plenty of space and well laid out. Pool area is great with a topical feel and perfect for our young kids. Property is fully gated so didn’t have to worry about the kids exploring. 5/5 stay, very impressed. Thanks again Tanya ☺️

We had the most peaceful stay at Jo’s. Nestled among the trees, being woken to the sound of birdsong was exactly what we needed… if we could stay forever we would! Both Jo and Lucy were such kind and accommodating hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, during a really challenging time for us. We couldn’t recommend Jo’s place higher!

It’s a really easy place to stay, great location, a few minutes easy walk to the beach and cafes. The house is spacious, light and airy, clean, everything works properly, and communication is prompt, clear, straightforward and kind. The bedrooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, linen is good, lots of kitchen equipment, just a good and easy overall place to stay, and good value.

Rita and Paul were absolutely wonderful hosts!! This property is one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in! It is so clean, beautifully presented, and every single detail has been thoughtfully considered. We were so comfortable and happy here, and our 3 children had an amazing time exploring the amazing yard and cubby, and playing with Rita's gorgeous dog Kent. Their knowledge of the local area was super helpful too. We felt so at home and can't wait to return in future! Highly recommend!

Wendy and her husband are the best airbnb hosts we have ever had. They went the extra mile to make us feel right at home and provided us with excellent recommendations for the area. Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

Tina’s place was exactly as described- a beautiful, functional apartment overlooking the canals in Kawana Waters. Despite being located in a main road there was no road noise detectable and the aspect of the apartment made you feel like you were miles away from the traffic. Tina communicated promptly and gave clear instructions, making check in a breeze. The apartment had all the amenities you could hope for and the most relaxing views . Would highly recommend and hope to stay again one day.

Our stay was nothing short of sensational. Ticked all of our boxes and made our week’s holiday everything we wanted.Great location. Not far from the beach,cafes and restaurants but far enough to retreat to our privacy.All rooms were a good size and a well set out with a great balcony.We loved sitting on the high chairs to enjoy our breakfasts with a view to did for.Matt made a few spot on suggestions for cafes and restaurants which we took up and loved. Which it was available for the same time next year.We would’ve booked the first night we were there. Good memories made with the help of Matt and his beautiful home.

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

The apartment was very tidy, clean and had everything we needed. All appliances were great. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and a great balcony with a beautiful view of all the lush green trees. Pool and cabanas were gorgeous and very clean and gym was awesome with lots of weights machines. We had a great time here, out of the hustle of the main busy areas. Very calm and enjoyable stay 😉
