Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Current River

We just love this place so much... its our second home now :) and I absolutely LOVE the host of this property!!! :)

If you’re looking for a beautiful place with multiple options for relaxing, this is it! If you love the sounds of nature and being near water, this is the place to be!

My daughter and I enjoyed our time at this cute cabin. It's a great location near Montauk State Park, which has some beautiful areas by the river to relax. We went kayaking and Jadwin's Canoe Rental is close by as well. The fire pit area was great in the evenings and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio with coffee in the morning listening to all the birds in the trees behind the cabin. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again!

We had an awesome time in Flippin, and Shawn & Dotti's place was fantastic! The home was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the view was spectacular! We loved being able to look out at the river from both decks and take advantage of the firepit in the evening -- so peaceful & relaxing! We went fishing with Cox's Guide Service and had the BEST time -- caught lots of rainbow & brown trout, and even saw an eagle (not to mention all the deer in the area)! We're already planning our next trips back to the area, and will definitely stay at Shawn & Dotti's!

Another great stay at Dawn’s place. This is our 4th year and we will continue coming back. We love the location, the comfy beds and river access.

The Mudita Spa was everything we hoped for and more. It was the most exquisite setting of any vacation home we've stayed in. She truly has a gem. When you first step in you notice how Immaculately clean it is. Then it's visually appealing with classy, luxury decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Since I'm a coffee-holic my favorite kitchen item was the coffee bean grinder with complimentary beans! Bring bug spray, because you'll want to stay on one of the 3 back decks over looking the running creek/waterfalls. I couldn't get enough of its relaxing sound. There is SO much to say about this awesome place, I'm sure I'll forget something. This is a place where lasting memories are made. The float spa was a unique experience. The sauna was a welcoming warmth on a cool rainy day. The outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the creek felt so good. The Mudita Spa experience is worth the price. It's definitely worth the splurge.

Our family had a lovely stay during a college visit. The birds, cats, and local groundhog were neat to see while having a picnic out back or sitting on the couch watching out the window. We were glad to have the washer/dryer setup as we visited during a storm and got soaked walking through campus. Loved the place. Would stay here again.

Second time staying here, always a joy. Perfect amount of space for my family, love the quiet outdoors. The porch is my favorite spot. Heather is kind, communicates and offers up a very nice Airbnb stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was cozy, clean, and super cute—just far enough out of town to feel peaceful and tucked away, yet still close to everything the area has to offer. It was the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. We’ll definitely be back again!

The James Stay is a hidden gem, beautiful, comfortable, lovely balcony, and spacious. It was a treat to find a few kitchen staples as we stayed a week. Everything worked and Michele is so gracious and knowledgeable. You are in walking distance to a great coffee shop, mexican food restaurant and Bob' burgers. Each has great food. Will return each year to enjoy.

We cannot say enough great things about this place—but even more so about the people. Taylor and Johnny went above and beyond in every way. My brother is currently traveling the country by e-bike, and when he ran into issues with his trailer and arrived late at night, they didn’t hesitate to help. As his big sister coordinating from afar, I was blown away by how communicative and kind they were—staying up late to make sure he got in safely. Even over a holiday weekend, they stepped in to help him get the trailer repaired and made sure he was taken care of. Truly next-level hospitality. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. —Yolanda & Mike

We stayed above the Pickle and Perk cafe. This was convenient for walking to our morning coffee and breakfast. At night we enjoyed the courtyard below us as well as the small balcony. Owners were very friendly and responsive to our needs but also respectful of our privacy. The place was very clean and the bedroom was lit with romantic twinkling lights.

We enjoyed a quiet and restful night. The location is a bit remote, which was a great fit for our needs. Highly recommend for a restful respite!

Brook’s place was nice and clean. It was a cozy unit Great place to stay. If you’re attending a graduation or visiting at Fort Leonard.

I have nothing but good things to say about this property, and the host. I travel a lot and this may be the smallest place that I have stayed in, but it has more than enough room and the space is extremely comfortable. It's also very simplistic, but has everything that I needed. Rachel was responsive before, during and after my stay. And finally, it's very private, very peaceful and a great location to hiking trails, which is my passion. Thank you for having me!

This is our second year staying at one of Jeff’s properties. Never disappoints! He is extremely accommodating. The cabin was wonderful. Not only was it amazing, the view is beautiful. Black river has always been my love. 💕 seeing it from a place this beautiful only makes it better. Thank you Jeff for reaching out and providing us with an amazing trip!

Cozy house in a great location on the Sylamore with beautiful views.

Cute little cabin and pretty close to town. Had everything we needed! There is only a tub and no shower. Just be aware of that.

We had fun except for the rain! Cabin is very nice in every way.

Karen was a fabulous host. I arrived early and was met by her husband. Karen arrived shortly after and gave me an overview of the location. The cabin looks right out to a beautiful view of the pond. I was given permission to utilize the pond if I desired. They even provided equipment you could use. You fill the warmth immediately when you meet Karen and her husband. It is there mission to make your stay memorable and give you the expectation you were looking for in your stay. I came to Kayak the current river with a friend of mine. They were helpful in assisting me in possible locations and even let me borrow a book with information on access points, etc. I can’t be more pleased with the option I chose. When I decide to come back again I will definitely be checking for availability at this cabin.
