It was a great experience staying at this location. The location was super convenient, comfortable, and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Not only that, Tracy was extremely nice. She gave us plenty of recommendations for the surrounding area and she was always willing to sit down and chat with us, which was very nice and refreshing to see from a host. Never once did we feel like we had to tip-toe or walk on eggshells. I definitely hope to stay here again and I recommend this listing for anyone looking to stay in the area. Five stars!

Justin is a reliable and helpful host. We stayed at his place for 1.5 month and enjoyed it very much. House is at peaceful and beautiful area. There are restaurants and shops in walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped well. There is even a bath tube with windows in the ceiling! We will definitely come back when visiting Silicon valley.

On our first trip to the West coast, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Annie and Kevin were very hospitable and welcoming. Kevin responded immediately to all our queries. He was there in person to welcome us, and even helped in carrying our heavy bags up the flight of steps. On our return, Annie's mother, who was a very affectionate and cheerful presence in the house, showed the same hospitality. Kevin gave us a set of keys both to the house and to our room, which made access very simple. The place itself is in a safe neighborhood of Sunnyvale, with easy access to supermarkets and eateries by foot. The bus station was less than 20 minutes walk away, and Caltrain around half an hour. The room was bright and cheerful with an East facing window catching the morning sun. Overall a very happy experience.

Had a good stay. Nice place. Big enough space for the 9 people we needed it to hold. Loved that it had covered reserved parking spots next to the home.

Where do I begin? First, Pramod was super nice a very friendly! He called to make sure we knew all the little ins and outs of his lovely home. He was also very accommodating letting me know where shops and public transportation was as well. I gave 4 starts for cleanliness only due to a little dust (I have bad allergies) but nothing a little allergy meds didn't fix. Second, we had three people in our group and the house was big enough to where we were not on top of each other and all the beds were amazing. Got some of the best sleep I have had in this place to say the least. Lastly, is location like I said Pramod told us where everything was but when we got there we realized just how great the location was. Place was 5 mins from pretty much everything and only 12 from Santana Row! I could not have gotten a better place. Pramod keep up the good work and thank you for letting us stay in such a great place!

Spent 3 months here and Akki was a great Host. He keeps everything clean and is always quick to respond. The room and bathroom are spacious.

I absolutely loved this place! It looked exactly like the photos, and I was so impressed with how modern and up-to-date everything was. Susan was an amazing host. very friendly and accommodating. The location was easy to find, and the privacy was a big plus. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it!

nice quiet location. responsive hosts. overall nice experience. recommendations: a water heater or a coffee machine would be nice. and if you guys had a washer/dryer, could have easily charged $10/night more.

Stayed for two weeks here. Decent place, was very clean and the place was as described by the host. Hot water took like 5 mins to heat up but had a nice pressure and temperature after 5 mins of running. Parking is usually available close to the place but sometimes if you are not lucky you will have to park a bit far (like 5-7 min walk away so not too bad). Both Harshitha and Chetan was very responsive. I had a delayed flight for which both of them were very understanding and stayed up till 12.30am. Would definitely recommend for 1-2 weeks stay!
