Our cozy home Casa Amida (4–6 people), located on Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and is an ideal base on the Costa Blanca. The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a separate guesthouse with 2 extra beds — ideal for friends or family who want a little more privacy. The garden with seating areas, terrace and private swimming pool offers plenty of tranquility. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
