Vacation rentals with beach access in Cukurbag Yarimadasi

I really liked the place overall – it's like Pinterest! The main plus is the stunning view from the window, which makes staying here unforgettable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, cleanliness and comfort. The host is responsive, quick to respond – even provided a second set of keys at my request. Separately, I want to note the contactless check-in, which is very convenient. However, there are some downsides. The wifi in the apartment is practically not working – the pages do not load, it is impossible to use. There is also very little hot water: it is unrealistic to take a shower, there is almost always cold water in the faucets. This can be especially important in winter. In addition, there is no elevator in the building, which is worth considering when booking (there is in the description, I did not look in advance). Despite these shortcomings, I liked my stay in the apartment. I will be happy to come back here if the hot water and internet issues are fixed. In that case, I would stay here even for a few months.

My partner & I stayed here while hiking the Lycian Way. Hafize accommodated our late booking on Turkish Independence Day. Hafize's place is well located, well equipped & great for a long or short-term stay. Hafize herself is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed on AirBnB!

We had a wonderful stay at Safiye and Apo’s place. It’s a beautiful area to visit and the apartment is a great base. It’s nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. It felt like a home from home. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, although the walk back from town is steep. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend Safiye and Apo as hosts.

Everything is beautiful as it appears in the photos. The views are great. You can walk to the sea. The house is very clean and everything has been considered for our need. Mr. Osman is very caring, helpful and friendly. We would definitely like to come back again.

Really a wonderful house with very tasteful, modern furnishings. The view of the sea over the glazed house front is fantastic. Just like the view from the big terrace. We felt very comfortable and well looked after.

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

The place was a palace, we’ve felt like royalty! The pool was nice, functional kitchen, AC, lots of space and a great view to enjoy it all. You need to get a car to go around Kaş, there is a parking space!

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We had an amazing stay at Hayam Evi. The communication from Deborah was fantastic. We arranged to meet the manager Onder at the property and he showed us round, took our cases upstairs and answered any questions we had, he also made contact with us throughout our visit to make sure all was ok. The villa was fabulous, beautifully decorated, smelt amazing and equipped with everything that you would need, even at stocked fridge! We didn’t have the best weather to start our holiday but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the town of Kalkan, the restaurants, bars, shops, the people were so kind and friendly and the town dogs will be in our hearts forever, we named them all ❤️. fabulous villa and Anna and team make themselves available to ensure all your needs are catered for to have a fun and relaxing holiday. The villa was clean on arrival and very well equipped. Location is no more than a short taxi ride (£5) into town and local supermarkets are within a short walk. Public beach club is a few minutes walk if you fancy a dip in the sea + a good selection of private beach clubs are scattered around Kalkan if you want a change scenery- we loved Lures hotel beach club a few minutes walk from the villa. Huge thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Incredibly clean, quiet and private. Exactly what we wanted. You really had everything you needed and even more. The basic equipment was more than sufficient. The location is also great. We wanted something central but still quiet. You are only 3-4 minutes by car from the center and still have enough shopping within walking distance. There really is nothing to complain about. The accommodation belongs to a sweet family who takes care of everything. You are happy to support something like that 🌸

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

From our point of view, it was an impeccable accommodation. Cleanliness, safety, and diversity of snacks and fixtures were also good. The host is very friendly and communicative.The only downside is that it's in the center of the shopping mall, so it's noisy at night, but this also works for a good advantage. When you open the windows and the living room terrace at night, the play of the band live has made us fall in love with the world of romance. When I slept at night, I was able to sleep quietly thanks to the good earplugs provided by the host. If I visit Kash again next time, I will definitely use the same place. Loved it!
