Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place, one block from the typical food of Cuenca (Don Bosco), 5 minutes from Mall del Río, in the lower part of the building we have the Tutto Freddo ice cream parlor and other restaurants, we are 3 blocks from the large Guzho park if you want to go for a walk or exercise, gas station, pharmacy and much more... 10 minutes from downtown. And if you were looking for tranquility and security, it is the right place, we have a garage in the basement.

Marcos place is great. It has all you need to have nice stay in Cuenca. The best is Marco, always very attentive in helping with whatever is needed to make your stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at Mauricio’s place in Cuenca. It’s in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk to the historic center so it’s close enough to everything but still nice and quiet. Mauricio was an incredible host. He was super attentive and always quick to help out if I needed anything. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the hot tub was a huge highlight. The views from there were stunning. It was a great way to relax. I work online, and during the country wide power cuts Mauricio made sure I had a UPS generator so I didn’t miss or drop any video calls with my clients. Honestly, everything about this place was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t wait to come back.

We had a comfortable stay in the apartment. it's a nice location, a short walk from the old town, but far enough away that it was quiet. the apartment had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. it is a little more worn that it seems in the pictures, but everything worked great. the host was very attentive.

Overall, Rossy was a great ✨ super friendly, responsible and respectful host, she was always attentive to me and my family, even as it was our first time in the basin, I recommend restaurants and places to visit. Anyway, I was delighted with the apartment, the location, the security, and the diligence of my host Dina in answering any questions or queries. And above all, in love with Cuenca and its beautiful and welcoming people.
