Anyone who rated this Airbnb below 5 stars simply can’t be trusted 🙈 Best host in town!

We are living several months in this apartment and continue to enjoy our long-term stay. The host has always been very responsive and helpful. The air fryer that he provided us has been a great addition to our life here, we are able to cook our favorite dishes even without an oven. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long-term rental.

We had a great time at Evgeni's place. The apartment is very clean and nice. There is all the necessary equipment. Evgeni is a very available and attentive host. He was very accommodating to us. We 100% recommend this listing.

The apartment is really beautiful and clean, and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay without any issue. The home has a very thoughtful touch, nice design, we feel like home away from home. very good quality price! Details that can help: I could hear the job he was putting on TV for 5 hours a day :) so the walls are thin, the internet had moments when it didn't work (nothing very serious), but in general it was ok

We really liked the apartment, everything is exactly as pictured and even better. Clean, everything is thoughtful, comfortable beds, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very warm, bright. Wonderful view from the window of the large room overlooking the park where you can walk. The house is located in a quiet quarter, but there is a large shopping center nearby, another landscaped huge park within walking distance. We felt right at home, would love to come back to you again!

The apartament was very easy to be found. There was a small problem with the heating system, but our host relocated us in a new place, 5min away, where we had a warm, spotless place to rest. Our communication was excelent and Yovko was a perfect host.

The rental apartment was very cozy, organized and homey feeling. The kitchen has everything that you need, all put away and stored to be found easily. The bedroom is comfortable, with large windows that brighten up the room, not to mention the scenery which is gorgeous. Easy check in and the host has been friendly, cares about its clients and responds quickly .The block is close to the mall and supermarkets, within walking distance. I will definitely be staying again at this rental, it has been a wonderful stay.
