House with large and cozy downstairs space. Outside, a large terrace with seating and a view of a beautiful garden, full of ornamental trees, rocks, a pond and various nooks. On the 3rd floor, there are small cozy rooms. Bathroom and toilet downstairs and upstairs. Take advantage of the pool (6 - 9) and tennis court, two basketball hoops, or a smaller football goal. We are happy to rent equipment for everything.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.
