Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cromford

Durham House was a great location for our three families (8 adults and 1 children) to meet up. The house was fantastic - particularly the large dining room (which sat at least 12) and the well equipped kitchen. Fantastic location that was quiet but with the lovely town and beautiful walks right on the doorstep. Tamsin could not have been more helpful and left wine, coffee and biscuits which was so kind. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation set in gorgeous grounds . This was the second time we visited Lomberdale and it was as beautiful as the first time . Oliver is so friendly and helpful and make sure your visit is fabulous . We will definitely be returning. .

We had a wonderful stay- the cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked as was surprised to see a dishwasher and washing machine which was handy. Lovely comfy bedroom with gorgeous views of the hills. We loved our long weekend there.

The cottage was just as described. Clean, easy to find and very comfortable. Very convenient for visiting Chatsworth and other attractions. Two great pubs within walking distance. Off road parking was great and you can access the house from the back close to where park which was great for unpacking/packing. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Well what a beautiful little cosy cottage, perfect for a little escape! Honeyspot cottage has everything you need. We didn't need to ask our hosts for anything. The information guide provided has everything you may need to know. Alistair sent us a message before we arrived and came to greet us when we did, informing us he had also provided a little bottle of milk to get us started, which was unexpected and very lovely. The village of Winster is a stunning picturesque place and the local village shop has the nicest local produce, which we indulged in for our breakfasts. A visit to Chatsworth house is a must and if you love Italian food, Il Lupo an Italian run restaurant, which is about a 20 minute drive from Winster, is also a must visit, the best Italian food we have had that wasn't in Italy! Absolutely fantastic stay - just a stunning beautiful cosy cottage with beautiful furniture, kitchen , bathroom and bedroom. Attention to detail is incredible- Marieanne’s a wonderful host and couldn’t have been more helpful- nothing to much trouble. We had a very enjoyable stay in this beautifully presented garden flat. Personal welcome. Very comfortable bed with nice bedlinen. Well-equipped kitchen, with milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and more provided. Well laid-out with sitting-room, dining area, and spotless bathroom. Helpful folder with information about the flat, and maps of walks from the door in the woods. Off-street parking. Short journey into the City centre, or out into the beautiful Peak District.

Beautifully presented throughout and spotlessly clean. We had a very comfy night stay!

This is one of the nicest Airbnb places I have stayed in: a friendly and responsive host, excellent location and very cosy and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and we felt at home. I will definitely be adding this to my list of favourites and returning next year.

This apartment is spot on! Highly recommend staying here! Really cosy, spacious, brilliant location (so central) and great for exploring the area. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 staying for 3 nights. Our boys loved the comfy sofa and double beds! The master bedroom is spacious, light and airy. Clean, modern kitchen and new bathroom. Sally recommended 2 brilliant, local restaurants and we loved both! Thornebridge Tap Room and Woodyard. Great for families. A great stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family! Charlotte is a fantastic host - very welcoming and has a fabulous apartment with quality amenities. Had everything we needed for our stay and more. Castleton is a perfect location for exploring the Peak District. Highly recommended.

The suite was pure luxury, we loved your opulent colour scheme, lovely high quality furnishing, excellent bed, bathroom, and the cleverly designed and fully equipped kitchen. We particularly appreciated the way that you have enhanced the period features of this lovely building but also made it very comfortable.
