The place was absolutely lovely and very clean. Makis mother is very wonderful, she made us great food and we also got to try his father's homemade wine. If anything was needed, we knew that we could ask Makis and get a quick response, or even go to his parents and receive a warm welcome. Higly recommended!

Impeccable accommodation, beautiful little tastefully renovated house. The hot tub is very nice especially during this period where once night falls the temperature falls quickly! We thank hosts for their thoughtful attention. Great to stay for a few days with the family! Only small negative point, the main road of the village a little busy in front of the accommodation (do not hesitate to lock the gate with children!) however, once inside it is very well soundproofed.

We spent several days in Villa Nikki and had a wonderful time. The house, the view, the Pool - everything was just amazing. Communication with Giannis and his team was also perfect. If our vacation wouldn't have ended we probably just would have stayed there for ever :)

The villa is beautifully located in a dead end on the mountain of the small village of Armenoi. Everything is well maintained, clean and atmospheric. All sanitary functions are very great in shape, the kitchen is great incl. Dishwasher equipped and the sleeping areas maintained. The grill worked impeccably and coal and lighter were ready. The communication with Elina has been great, very helpful and attentive. A car is indispensable if you want to go to the sea ( 8 min. Travel time to Kalyves ). I would come back anytime and therefore also recommend the best conscience.

Amazing place to stay and relax. We came to the area for the hiking and wild flowers in spring. I have never seen so many different orchids in one area. The apartment was wonderfully comfortable and so relaxing to come back to. A little luxury !

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

Luisa's place is a magnificent little gem nestled in an amazing surrounding. It's the perfect hideout if you enjoy the tranquility of village life and hiking the mountains. The little house is beautifully decorated with local materials and furniture, giving it a warm and cozy feel. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! (also for looking at the stars at night) We thoroughly enjoyed our hikes in the mountains and gorges, and dining at the family tavernas in the neighbouring towns/villages, which offered delicious food. Luisa was extremely helpful and responsive, providing us with a long list of excellent recommendations for restaurants, day trips, shopping, and more. Thanks for everything, Luisa! We will certainly come back!

We stayed at the cottage at the end of September during our Honeymoon trip to Crete. The place is a jewel nestled into the hillside, with a beautiful view of Falassarna and the northwest coast, especially at sunset. I agree with other reviews that the photos don't do it justice - it's a quaint and lovely place. It had everything we needed during our stay, including a well stocked kitchen, linens/towels, toiletries, and a ceiling fan + air conditioning in the large bedroom. The place was also perfectly clean! The location is great too - a less than 10 minute drive to Falassarna beach, and in the evenings, you can walk to some of the nearby restaurants, or drive a little further for more delicious options. But by far the greatest thing was our host/neighbor Irene. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, welcoming, and gave us tips for places to eat and visit during our stay. She made the place feel like home :) We highly recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Basil House is a beautiful, hidden gem in Kastri and we really enjoyed our stay here! The house is incredibly spacious, AC in every room and the VIEWS are wonderful. Also there are a lot of cute cats on the property. You can reach the village and the beach within 15-20 minutes and there you'll find everything you need. Haris was a very good host who gave us great recommendations. We highly recommend staying at Basil House! :)

Hospitable hosts, delicious desserts, a beautiful view from the terrace, close to the beach, are all you need for a vacation.

Everything was done with heart, really warm welcome, full fridge, homemade cake. We noticed all the lovely details, hand embroidered bed linen, neat garden, bathrooms filled with products etc. We felt great in this house and can only recommend this address. The location away from the tourist hustle and bustle allowed us to take a break , there are tavernas and restaurants nearby, and the beautiful beach of Phalassarna is just around the corner. We'd love to come back, thanks for everything

A cozy and spacious country house in an olive grove with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, a bedroom and a children's room with comfortable beds and large wardrobes for storing things. A cozy outdoor veranda where it is pleasant to spend both breakfast and dinner. Great WiFi for both work and study for a child. The house is a little remote from the city, which allows you to enjoy peace and quiet...but at the same time by car to the center of Sitia 5 minutes drive. The owner of the house Niki and her husband are very nice and hospitable people, always in touch with you and do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! We stayed here for a month but are already dreaming of coming back again!!!❤️

Beautiful house, clean, with air conditioning both in the living and sleeping area, mosquito nets on all openings, large garden totally private available with beautiful hammock under the trees, all overlooking the sea. Very kind and present hosts, they spoiled us with lots of local products and homemade by the owner. Very nice beach on foot. Otherwise, it is better to have a car to comfortably reach many beautiful places . Thank you very much and see you soon!

We had an amazing stay at Charis' home. The view from the deck is just beautiful from morning to night until sunset. The house is very well-equipped. You have all the comforts you need. This is surely the most beautiful plakias house. Thanks to Charis for his warm welcome and for all these tips on the region. She's an amazing nice person that we'll be happy to see again. This stay in Plakias was too short. We'll be there again.

Our vacation week was very nice. Sifis was a very kind and caring host. We received a lot of information and great suggestions on what to visit and where to go. The cabin was cozy, comfortable and had everything you need for relaxation and cooking. The place is very quiet, but close to the highway that can take you to the nearest towns and beaches. We highly recommend it :)

I recommend this place! It is located on the hillside above the little village. The view is awesome, as the house is on the most elevated spot available. 10 minutes to the beach and supermarkt by car. The area is very quiet and offers a lot of peaceful relaxation. Short drive to Preveli beach, Loutro and Aradena/Imbros gorge. Be careful entering the driveway, there is a bump that could damage your car.

We had a great stay at Olga’s place in Kalo Chorio. It was such a short drive to the beach (or a walk if you prefer) that we went every day. The apartment was perfect for a holiday. The village was peaceful and quiet, so a good way to escape the busy cities. Olga was the perfect host.

Beautiful apartment located at the top of the village of Castellos, well equipped, nothing is missing. Large, quiet terrace with magnificent views of the valley. The people in the village are very welcoming and the Maria taverna is great. Good communication with Nikolaos, a place to recommend!

One of the nicest places we've stayed so far! The little house is secluded, complete tranquility & deceleration! We enjoyed the days here, the terrace under the house invites you to lie in the sun, read and enjoy the view. The view is amazing, even from bed. The path is adventurous and not for the faint of heart by car - extremely steep and more for ATVs, but we also managed with a small rental car. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is there. It's about a 15-minute walk to Mochlos! Very recommended to anyone looking for peace and quiet!

Highly recommended! Nice apartment with everything you need. Cristos's respond is really quick and in the apartment were gifts which we really appreciated.
