Bungalow vacation rentals in Crete

Our family really liked tis apartment, especially nice that there is everything for cooking!! This is very important! And the courtyard is great, very convenient! To the center 20 minutes walk, an interesting road. Good wifi, good bedding, beds. And pleasantness from the owner. Thank you!

Manfred's cottage clearly gets 5 stars. We were really thrilled with our stay. Manfred has always responded super fast, friendly and helpful. The house was even better than in the photos - bright, friendly, perfectly equipped, very clean and well maintained, everything works and is well thought out. The location could not be better for us. Seafront, with private access to the water, a beautiful area where you can sunbathe and also lie in the shade. And all with a breathtaking view. It is beautifully quiet and private. There are a total of 4 cottages that are potentially rented out, but everything is so clever and generously laid out, also with the help of many trees and plants that you feel absolutely private. The small village, within walking distance, is like from the picture book: a small bay where you can also go into the water and several great restaurants and bars right on the sea - and many nice people :-)

The listing exactly matches the photos. Very good location, allowing you to enjoy sunset and go to restaurants or the beach on foot. Perfect for staying in Kalamaki. Small point to note to be complete: a hot tub is very pleasant, however you must be aware that it involves pumping noises even at night. Not an inconvenience, but just to report it, because otherwise the location of the bungalow would allow absolute calm (or just the noise of the sea not far away....)

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful oasis in Agia Pelagia, and it was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the beach, numerous tavernas, and a mini-market. This made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the local cuisine and pick up any essentials at a moment's notice. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was also excellent, which the kids very much appreciated! Additionally, you can park your car in the yard, which added to the overall convenience. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even had a bottle of wine to welcome us on arrival and gave us local souvenirs when we left! Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and beauty of Agia Pelagia.

The small complex on the outskirts of Paleochora is very quiet and right on the water, so swimming was also wonderful. The location is really great, and there are many regular guests who have appreciated the location and the accommodation for years. If I go back to Crete, I will try to stay there again. The landlady was often on site and it was clear how much she likes her facility and also likes to take care of it and the guests on site. A really great stay for me.

what a surprise when you arrive. a huge accommodation 2 bathrooms, very large garden lined with olive trees and cicadas in great shape. huge pool on a beautiful estate. i highly recommend it

Lovely house with lots of space and a super complete kitchen for cooking. Nice bathroom and the washing machine is great. The house is private and has a lovely terrace, the shower is nice and we used every day!!! The A/C works well in the bedroom, you'd better keep the kitchen door closed so it stays cooling. The in and out tjeck was flexible and the host gave us a warm welcome, really a top location. In 20 min you are in Kissamos, 50 min in Chania. Biolea is steps away, fun to take a tour and have lunch in the afternoon. Had a great vacation!

Andriani and Notis are more than great hosts and tbeor place is really nice. We always felt like at home, Andriani brought us some home made cookies and Notis always worried about the internet. And it worked perfectly. We were at their place for a month and would love to come back... Yes, you have planes flying over but it is nice to watch them. And they stop for the night...

Lisa‘s villa is great and is quietly located in the mountains of Rethymno. We arrived late in the evening and the house was not really clean, but Lisa helped us with this problem and fixed it on next morning, so many thanks for that! The communication with Lisa was easy and fast. Our kids (9 and 7 years) loved the pool! The pool is big and clean. The villa has everything you need for relaxed vacation days. Some items could be replaced, especially the fan in the living room. We had 2 great weeks in the villa! Thanks for all and see you again.

We had a great time at the "Grey House". The place was clean and lovely. The amenities were also great. The pool was delicious, and we also took advantage of their diving gear and sunbeds. Dominika was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, this home is a really great deal with a really good host. The only downside is the F-16 Jets flying over the area during the day.
